Void was sitting in the dark space having a one-sided conversation with the system. He had learned many things by now. The system had given him a simple introduction of all his current capabilities. The more he heard the more he thought it felt like a game and he was the administrator. He chuckled loudly.

He had a plan to increase the effectiveness of the system and the way he issued out missions. He was just going over it when suddenly he felt slight pain.

Void was at a loss for words. The system kept on repeating the same words over and over again.He focused on the sensation and recognized it was from the boy Cruden. He could feel the connection getting weaker. He had to do something.

He wanted to help but he looked at his experience points and the summons bar and they were still both zero.

He felt bad and he wanted to help. He concentrated on the connection between him and Cruden and pulled hard. To his surprise, a screen popped up.

Void was speechless. He has played games before so he knew the starter pack was always free but this must be the case because he was integrated into the stem. There must be some law governing what he can and cannot do with the system.

If it was up to him, he would just appoint himself as many EXP points as he wanted. He could only accept the situation. He felt another strange feeling, a feeling of loss. It felt like something was being detached from him.

Upon closer inspection, he realized some of the particles surrounding him had lessened greatly. He could not tell but his whole body mass had shrunken. He felt weaker. He was about to question the system when a few lines of words popped up before his eyes.

He looked at the contents of the starter pack and gleamed. He hurriedly initiated the summoning. He felt the connection in his soul intensify and then two bright lights appeared before him.

Based on his experience of playing games, he knew what shop and skill creation meant.

Void had summoned Valencia as well. He wanted to be extremely careful. He did not know if there was a time limit on the starter pack so this was his best option.

When the two lights appeared before him, they were different than they once appeared. The yellow light representing Cruden had black specks of light floating around inside of it. The yellow one representing Valencia had white and purple lights floating inside it. But, the major difference was the light representing Cruden was very weak.

Void felt an attraction coming from the two. something was calling out to him from their souls. In addition, Void could feel the presence of something else in Valencia's soul but he chose to deal with that later. He focused his gaze on Cruden

Cruden and Valencia were surprised to be back in the space. They knew they would have to return eventually but they did not know when. Valencia was happy to be back. she wanted to speak to her lord but she sensed the awkwardness in the space. She looked over at Cruden and realized how weak his presence felt.

"My lord, I am about to fail your mission. I am unworthy and ashamed to be in your presence." Cruden felt defeated in the worst way. He had been chosen by his master but now he was about to die.

Void had understood the situation as soon as they appeared. Memories of their encounters after they had left flashed before his eyes. When he saw the beautiful cold enchantress in Cruden's memory, he was immediately excited.

"She is such a badass," he thought in his head. No wonder Cruden was in such a dilemma but he was angry. "How dare she try to get in the way of his revival!" but he kept his cool. He had to calm down Cruden. he could not have one of his players broken so early in the game.

"It is okay, the enemy you are facing is powerful indeed but fret not. As my emissaries, I will not allow you to be bullied.

Space trembled and they both could feel his anger.

Valencia now understood the situation, her brother was in trouble.

"It was my fault to send you out without the necessary tools, I hope you can both forgive me for my oversight." They had never seen their lord this compassionate before. They wanted to respond but void did not give them a chance.

"Those who bully the possessors of my mark will only face one outcome." Void did not finish his sentence because he thought the line was cheesy but to valencia and Cruden. His words were law and they did not want to picture the outcome.

"First let's fix you up" Void's voice sounded out with a wave of energy.

A wave of energy flashed over Cruden's soul and his weak soul stabilized. The weak feeling he was suffering from left as it was never there before. Words could not explain how he felt right now.

Void had wished for Cruden to be healed and it had happened. In this space, he was a god. Everything was okay so far, so he focused on the attraction coming from their souls.

Void was happy seeing the amount of exp he had received. In total, he had received 2500. Plus the 10000 he had from the starter pack loan. He was far cry from the amount he needed for his revival but now was not the time to think about that. He had to secure his investment's future.

He opened up the [[[SHOP]]] and [[[SKILL CREATION TAB]]] but it was empty. He had expected that but he was still hopeful.

He went over Cruden's memories and he remembered what the man acknowledged as the warden had said and agreed with his analysis so he decided he would have to give Cruden some martial art. He decided to keep giving him all-powerful martial arts to turn the heavens and the seas.

He opened the skill creation tab again and sent his thoughts into it. He decided to create skills for Cruden first.

He wanted to give Cruden an all-powerful skill that could kill anyone. So he thought of an ultimate move. A move to over then the sky, bring back the dead, and touch the stars. He threw in his thoughts and different scenarios into the [SKILL CREATION]] tab until he heard a ding.

He hurriedly pulled up the notification but what he saw left him in dread.

"One million, are you F%#cking kidding me?!" He shouted in disdain to the system. But he had a rough idea of why it was so expensive.

He tried again but with a less domineering fist attack

That was still not close to anything he can afford but he now knew he was right. The more detailed and realistic the skill. The less exp it would need.

He turned to [[[HOPE]]] and requested a step by step depiction of how much exp would be needed to buy the skill before he completed the skill. Like a scale for weighing his ideas.

Immediately another box appeared in the [[[SKILL CREATION]]] tab. It was a scale with the number zero at the bottom.

He immediately got to work. He wanted a skill that would help Cruden to solve his situation right now.

How about this: his mind got to work and he threw out some ideas. The number at the bottom of the scale started to rise and stopped at 300,000,000.
