3. Succeed To Be A Successor

I played the memories of the hero, he was loved by many and had a lover but they accepted a quest from a king to subjugate goblins at the valley, it turns out to be demons riding small dragons they couldn't handle it so they retreated for his lover, she was caught sacrifising herself for their escape, he was angry and wanted to get her back but he was at his limits, exhausted and angry they flew away with the use of an owl creature before he knew it, they went back to the king, the king had a big grin in his face, with furious eyes they could only think of how the king was lying to there face but they couldn't retaliate the king gave a compensation that they didn't accept rather the hero just spit on the compensation as they leave after that they disband and the hero went solo never to get a party he put all his hatred on anything he sees in the forest and one day he saw three lesser dragon riding demons they where in very high alert knowing the hero was around they pretended going to sleep the hero began to go near but as he was about to strike one of them slashed his hand then he went berserk and killed the demons while riding but he got scratches and wounds from the demons and dragons, he was afraid of being tracked by other demons so he fled running into the alpha wolf and that's when I met him.

I saw it like it was my memory causing me to cry, and so I created a shrine for him, I cleared the parameter from where he died and put a tombstone as big as a tree and wrote his name "Riyuto: A great hero who was loved by many and feared by some". I left a memorial flowers I saw passing through here then as I said my goodbye I head towards the cave near hear but before I got to the cave, from the tree some bat winged spiders with the same size as my slime form attacked me "The ball like thing, maybe that's their nest, are there more flying creatures than meets the eye?" 1 by 1 I sliced the up with boiling water for a death blow. After killing the herd I looked up it's name it was Red Ragdun" I also consumed them and got a skill called "Webbing lvl.1" this could be handy in the future, as I walked towards the cave I practice controlling mana with webbing it goes as thin as 1 cm and chantless magic but it was hard I got the hang on fire but it was small like lighters. I saw the entrance of the cave there was a trail of sheding of snakes and bones up front I tought it would be a dungeon of some sort but as I got in cave I see torch and some dead bodies "there must be something living here" as I said that I saw an aqua marine spider like creature with some wierd face of a cow and six legs of mantis it looked like a chimera but when I looked at the status it was actually a rare breed called "Cave Toroco" it was level 50 I got the chills looking at its status I was looking at a fearsome monster, "is this how things would end, in a cave with a wierd spider?" I said that as I thought of a plan first I'll sneak and use weblling all over the plce then after being trapped from my webbling I'll go for the kill. "Quick thinking me, fight on!" As I was spreading my thread I thought it would be easy but it took me hours to make a trap.

"Now let the battle begin." First I'll draw it's attention "woah! Shooting acid at me? grr" my instinc was going haywire like it was my born enemy, I don't know the source of my hatred but it looks like I can't control it anymore "Gah! Grrr.." I was shocked as I transformed immediately as the Alpha Dirk Wolf I didn't hesitate anymore my mind was boing numb I couldn't get a grip of myself. I started to move and used claw edge. It was furious and began to create a giant ball of acid aobve it's head as it was doing that my body used light slash using the claws, it seems to that "I" can control my magic too, there were 8 slash in the air heading towards the ball. The acid pop and pourd down to the Toroco its outer shell has resistance to poison but it went to the cut I've made on the start. Altough it can still stand I can feel it getting weaker it shot out 5 large webs from its bossom, I dodge 3 of them but the last 2 hit my front right foot and my back left foot. It jumped towards me but my body reacted quickly and used fire barrier that burnt him a little, It retreated so I cut the web and gave chase on it. I locked its path with earth magic and created another wall in between it, I started pouring boiling water inside I also used fire to heat up the earth as time passed by whaling and shreeking begun then it became quite silent. I was calmed down as it was quieter now, I begun to contol myself again, so I drained the water first then put the walls down and saw a boiled Toroco I used devour to eat it suddenly everything became hazy and I got knocked out...
