Meeting Royalty?

I looked out my window and saw a luxury vehicle waiting for me outside. I quickly ran downstairs with my phone and headed out.

Bella was out of the vehicle waiting for me to get in.

"Come on Luna, hop in already." she said

"Okay." I said

I got in and was surprised to see that there was candy and cookies in the back seats just for us.

"Do you like all this?" she asked

"It's awesome." I said

"Go ahead and pick something to eat." she said

I decided to grab a huge lollipop made out of marshmallows.

"This is so…good." I said while chewing

"Glad you like all of this. I have to impress you since I'm younger." she said

I'm so happy right now.

"No, you don't but thanks." I said

"Hey can I tell you something?" she asked me.

"Sure." I said

"I'm not good at making friends." she said

"Well you're doing good so far. I mean I just befriended you yesterday." I said

"Yah that's true but we could have been friends sooner on my Birthday." she said

"It's fine." I said

"Thanks… but just so you know you can't break Lucas' heart not ever. Just so it was clear." she said

"Trust me I don't plan on it but I mean I can't break his heart even if I wanted to, we're not even dating yet." I said

"Don't worry, you two will be soon enough." she said

I just smiled.

"I want to let you know you're technically my first friend since Lucas' is my best friend but it doesn't really count because he's my brother." she said

Now I realized I misunderstood her when we first met. I didn't know her back story.

"We're almost at my house. Grab some more candy before we go inside." she ordered

I took some more candy and we arrived. Their place is huge.

"Wow!" I said gasping

"I know it's a lot." she said

The person driving the limo got out and opened the door for us.

"Thanks." I told the woman

"This is Lily, she works for us." she whispered to me

I just nodded my head so Lily didn't get suspicious.

Bella let us in just by putting her thumb on some sort of scanner.

"Let's go upstairs so I can show you my room." she said

"Okay." I said

"Miss, you need to get breakfast. After all, it's the most important meal of the day." she said

"Alright let's eat breakfast then I'll show you my room." she said

A disturbing thought came seeping into my mind. Are me and Lucas' too different to be together?
