22 Uzumaki Clan Head

After the 'touching' moment between the Hokage and Naruto, he was dragged into the council room as the Hokage called an emergency meeting. Inside the room was Shikaku Nara, Inoichi Yamanaka, Hiashi Hyuuga, Danzo, the civilian councilmen, and some other clan heads and shinobi councilmen. A civilian councilman spoke up "Hokage-sama, why were we called at such short notice? And who is this person next to you?" Hiruzen scanned the room before simply saying, "I will answer your second question first, This is Naruto Uzumaki, due to an unlocked bloodline that manifested on his last mission, his body became like this." He said giving the same explanation Naruto gave him before he continued. "To answer your first question, I called you all here due to the fact I am enacting the Clan Restoration Act on Naruto Uzumaki to allow him to become the head of the late Uzumaki Clan and he will be granted a spot on the Shinobi Clan council." There were shock and surprise on some faces and others were murmuring as Danzo spoke up suddenly. "Hiruzen, are you saying that thing is worthy of being a clan head? What qualifications does he have?" Hiruzen glared at his former comrade and friend as he spoke sternly "His qualifications, are that he is the son of the Yondaime Hokage, Minato Namikaze and The Uzumaki heiress, Kushina Uzumaki." Danzo's uncovered eye widened as the room went completely silent before a pink haired woman from the civilian council side scream in an all to familiar banshee voice "IMPOSSIBLE! THERE IS NO WAY THAT DEMON IS THE SON OF THE BENEVOLENT YONDAIME-SAMA!" The entire room cringed as Naruto looked dead into the more mature version of the forehead bitch. "Thank you for the compliment Bitch-san, but I hate to break it to you but I am the flesh and blood of your Yondaime-sama, and no matter how much you kick, scream, and cry, it will never change."

The woman's face contorted into rage as she pointed a shaky finger at his face before jumping up and storming out of the room. After the room finished being shocked a Shinobi spoke up "Hokage-sama if he is the son of the Yondaime Hokage, why is he not being made into the clan head of the Namikaze's?" Hiruzen took a puff of his pipe, "Because the Namikaze clan was only a clan because of the fact Minato became the Yondaime Hokage, however, the Uzumaki's were a giant clan that was a hidden village in their own right." The shinobi nodded his head at the explanation and then returned to his seat.

Hiruzen turned to Naruto and beckoned him closer to stand next to him. "I have heard from Naruto all that has been done to him by the Shinobi's, Academy teachers, and civilians. I knew some of what went on, but some of this I never had knowledge of and it makes me sick! Pouring acid onto a 6-year-old defenseless boy, forcing him to eat rat poison, kicking and beating him in alleyways and leaving him there...." The Hokage's eyes steeled as he turned to an ANBU "Bring me Ibiki and Anko, quickly!" The ANBU quickly left and three minutes later two new additions stood out of breath in front of the council. They didn't even get a chance to greet the Hokage as he continued speaking. "Ibiki, Anko, I want you two to get ready to start interrogating the people that the ANBU collect for suspicion of assaulting and attempted murders of Naruto Uzumaki when he was a child. If you get confessions or evidence that confirms they did beat or try to kill him sometime in the past, throw them in the prison for three years." The two jonin raised their eyebrows but quickly nodded and then shunshin'd out of the room.

After this, the Hokage stated, "As of today the former Namikaze Estate in clan district and also in my power as Hokage I grant the province of the Hidden eddy villages land to Naruto's name." A few of the younger councilmen and shinobi looked confused and asked about what the Hidden Eddy village was, and the Hokage quickly answered their answers. "Uzushiogakure no Sato, it is an island off the south coast of our land of fire. It was the formerly a hidden village that was allied with Konohagakure, but a coalition of shinobi countries, spearheaded by Kiri destroyed it and massacred all members of the Uzumaki clan, the only known survivor was Kushina Uzumaki, Naruto's mother."

Even some of the older generation raised their eyebrows at this, they hadn't heard that Kushina was a member of the clan, a lot of people had the family name Uzumaki after all.

The meeting continued on with some more trivial things, at the end Naruto had to deal with a few clans giving him marriage requests along with offering apologies about their prior behavior and even trying to flatter him by calling him Namikaze-sama, Naruto quickly corrected them to if they were going to be formal, only call him Uzumaki-sama. Once all the ass-kissing was done, Naruto brought up the issue of Zabuza and Haku and the Hokage instantly agreed to it, not giving Danzo or the others to voice their opinions. Naruto was keeping pace with the old man and announced that Zabuza Momochi and Haku Yuki were his first two clan members. With this said Hiruzen adjourned the meeting and he and Naruto quickly exited the room leaving all the current council in shock at the Hokage's and Naruto's teamwork.

Before the two headed to the Namikaze estate house, they stopped by Ichiraku Ramen to get some food. As Naruto was pushing aside the curtains he called out, "Teuchi-Jiisan, Ayame-neesan, 3 bowls of Miso ramen!" An Oh! of acknowledgment was head from the back from Teuchi, while a surprised 'H-Hokage-sama!' came from Ayame. Hiruzen sat down and asked for a single bowl of miso ramen. Once the two had sat down, Hiruzen asked a question that was on his mind. "Naruto, do you mind explaining to me what your bloodline does? It's strange to see one that changes your body like that." Naruto finished slurping up the last bit of noodles from the first bowl as he decided to tell him, "It isn't really a bloodline per se. Kyuubi-chan had told me of a way to get around my inability of using chakra, seeing as I could only use the Summoning Jutsu and the Yin-Yang armor and weapon creation Kakashi-sensei told you about. To do this, she used her youki to turn me into what could be considered a human tailed beast and replaced a lot of my human organs with that of a chakra beast. However, to do this, she also had to increase my body size to account for the new and enlarged organs."

Hiruzen widened his eyes at this. "Is it safe? Also, you said Kyuubi-chan, is the Kyuubi a female? Also, when did you begin talking to the Kyuubi?" Naruto decided to answer his questions in order. "It's safe, it's really amazing too, I have almost as much chakra as Kyuubi-chan and with me being able to use her chakra as well, I will pretty much never run out chakra in a fight." Hiruzen nodded to him to continue. "For your second question, Kyuubi-chan can't really be said to have had a gender, she was just a sentient clump of chakra, but recently she decided to try to take on a human form and in her words 'Why would anyone want such obnoxious and useless things in between your legs?! It's uncomfortable!' So she took on a female humanoid appearance and if I didn't know her before she decided to do all this, I would have thought she had been like that from the beginning."

Hiruzen nodded at this but couldn't help but find it a bit strange, is this really the same Kyuubi that murdered this boy's parents and destroyed part of Konoha? How can he not resent 'her' at all? Hiruzen was brought out of his thoughts as Naruto asked Hiruzen "Jiji, can I get a loan from you? I need some new gear due to my size change, but I don't think I could afford an entire new set with just that mission pay." Hiruzen chuckled a bit and then responded, "You won't have to worry about money at all, including the Namikaze clans bank account, your father and mothers, and the recovered money of the Uzumaki clan that was in Konoha's branch banks at the time, you wont need to worry about money for a while." Naruto facepalmed he didn't think about this as he asked Sarutobi, "About how much Ryo is in the accounts?" Hiruzen put his thumb on his chin in a thinking pose as he responded, "30 million Ryo?" Naruto sweatdropped at this amount and just chose to finish eating his last bowl of ramen and Hiruzen chuckled finished his as well and they got up and continued their trek to the clan districts.

The tour around the Sizeable house the size of a large 3 story hotel, in traditional japanese style, didn't take long and after it was complete, Hiruzen offered to send an ANBU to bring in Zabuza and Haku, but Naruto declined and walked off to go find them and bring them back. Meanwhile across konoha's clans, there was panicked excitement as clan head started drawing up marriage forms to be sent to a certain Namikaze-sama.

***3 hours after retrieving Haku and Zabuza****

"Haku Uzumaki pays respect to the clan head!" "Zabuza Uzumaki pays respect to the clan head...."

Naruto snickered at the discrepancy of the two's enthusiasm. One one side was Haku who was happy to finally be apart of a 'family' again and Zabuza grinding out the subservient words.

Naruto finally stopped giggling as he spoke to the two "Alright, from now on, never say those words again. If you are a part of my clan, then you are family, and there are no subservences in family." Haku smile and Zabuza let out a sigh of relief. "Well, stay here for now, I'm going to go order new clothes." The two nodded as Naruto walked out and he could swear he heard with his new and improved hearing "Zabuza-sama, help me start cleaning! Its too dusty in here, we might get sick!" and a very annoyed moan of anguish.
