The Past before the Present

It was a casual Monday morning. All the usual happening in a quiet town. Kids going to school. Office workers going to work, everything seemed normal to the naked eye, but if you listen intently, you can hear the soft sound of pain. In a small dark alleyway, a small boy is curling in pain as he is beaten up by three other boys all in black outfits.

"You should just leave this town, you aren't welcome here." Says the leader of the trio, a chubby boy with auburn hair using a stick to beat the boy on the ground. " Yeah, this town doesn't welcome freeloaders who don't a family." Said the boy on the left, he was a lanky boy with black curly hair. "Maybe he should just go in a hole and stay there forever." said the boy on the right, he was another chubby young boy but with blond wavy hair. They were the tormentors of the youth that laid on the ground in pain.

Ever since he moved to this town he was always picked on by these three. He was transferred to the orphanage in this town as the last one he was in had too many children, so they transferred the older kids to different orphanages in various towns across the city. Ever since the day he could remember, he was always alone. He had no one to call family, no distant relatives, nothing. Though in this darkness of his light, there was one light that illuminated it. She was her caretaker, the one responsible for him and his guardian angel. Her name was Madeliene, she was the only person that showed kindness to him. He owed her everything.

But enough about her, as the narrator, I can tell you guys want to know the main guy, the hero, the protagonist. You want to see how he came to be and he is the way he is. Here is something I must tell you, readers, he is not the good guy, he is the main character yes, but not the good guy capiche. He is what I would call the third party. You know, not the hero nor the villain but the third party that interferes with both. If I were to describe him, it would be selfish, greedy, uncaring to others, and is willing to kill. Now let me describe him in another way. He is a fit young man, 'pfttttt' hahahahaha. Like hell he is. If he was fit as I said, he wouldn't be beaten up now, would he? He's thin to the bone, with black messy hair, eyebags that says he hasn't gotten a night of proper sleep. Overall, a complete mess. But that doesn't mean he isn't good looking. If he had a good night's rest, had a bath, and some proper clothes, he might be the dashing young man that ladies would go for, but life isn't fair to all.

He was seen as something that should belong in the pound or animal shelter as what the orphans would say. The other matrons in the orphanage would often ignore him and would just leave it to Madeliene to take care of him. He would get the old rotten food and fewer servings than the others. But his hatred to others is unfathomable as is his temper.

For now, he is just waiting for the moment for when he can be free and get his revenge to those who wronged him.
