The Custodeternum
The land Adalolpha was blessed with bright rays that were now slowly covered by white clouds. Rain was fading and the chill had started to seep into the atmosphere. People were outside enjoying the pleasant weather before the winters hit.
Channing stood in the bustling streets of the capital, the sounds of the city filling the air.
He walked around trying to find the right aisle into the buildings so he could go to the black market. It wasn't the best concealed since the rich all shopped from there. The gravel in the ground vibrated and people cleared the way for a passing carriage. Channing looked around only to see the royal carriage running at full speed with no care for any accidents. His gaze fixed on it hoping to see a face he had missed for the past few days. Selene had helped him get to the better end of his Alpha side. He wanted to meet her soon. Thank her and maybe apologize to try and break her away from Fang. That was one apology he owed Fang as well.
