As the head of the Ashama family, Tim had naturally heard about what had happened to the Bruch family. When he found out that Alice was his daughter, he sent someone to look up the information.

So, it's not as if he didn't know anything about Alice's relationship with Lestat.

Although it was not clear why Alice had some memory shortly after birth, Tim had some idea of what had happened to Alice. He guessed that Alice had probably been saved by Lestat's mother after she was executed.

And immediately after the Ashama family's vampires withdrew, Lestat's slightly singed figure swayed.

His eyes simply fell on Alice and when he saw that she wasn't even looking at him, a dull ache flashed in his eyes.

How much pain Lestat's heart had felt that day, when she had said that she was not Alisis but only Alice, only he knew.
