Chapter 2

  C H A P T E R 2

☆✰☆Zoe Pov ☆✰☆

Waking up to the sun shining in on my face I quickly hide my face underneath the covers. After laying there for a while I flipped the covers back crawling out of bed slowly, still feeling the pain in my leg and knee.

I walk downstairs turning right once getting to the last floor walking into the kitchen seeing no one but my brother making breakfast and my 1 month old baby brother zayn in the high chair.

"Morning nic" I say as I grab a piece of bacon smiling when he gave me the 'get your dirty little hands off before I chop'em off look'. Walking to the fridge I take out a container that says banana and strawberry baby food. Grabbing a baby spoon walking back over to the table and pulling the high chair closer to me and I begin feeding him.

By the time I'm done feeding him I throw the container away,  grabbing a bottle of milk out of the fridge warming it up a little; picking him up in a cradle position I tilt the bottle into his mouth as he suck on the blue rubber nipple.

"Morning weirdo, slept well?" nic asked sitting a plate of food down in front of me and another across from me.

"...yeah I slept good but something weird did happen last night" I said taking a bite of the sunny side up eggs.

"What happened?"

"Um well I couldn't sleep last night so I went out si-"

"ZOE! I've warned you about going outside late at night by your self..you could have been kill... gotten hurt"

I looked at him wanting to know what he was going to say the first time but he changed what he was going to say as I sighed and looked back up at him.

"Well what I was saying before your rudely interrupted, I went outside last night and I followed that dirt trail that leads to the lake in the back. And I heard some growls and I ended up falling and hurting myself, when I turned over opening my eyes I saw...A wolf" I said looking at every expression on his face.

"And it didn't harm you?" he asked taking a bite out of his bacon looking me dead in the eye.

"Um no but I felt this pull towards it like I knew it wouldn't hurt me oh and when I patted his head there was a strange tingle feeling that went throughout my whole body." stuffing my face with grits and eggs.

"What did he look like?" nic asked sipping on his orange juice.

"It was huge and it had black and brown fur oh and it had these beautiful eyes one almost sky blue and one golden . He looked as as if he was out to kill, yet it didn't kill me. After telling my brother that he dropped his glass of orange juice letting it hit the floor, hundreds of little pieces of glass scattering all over the wooden kitchen floor.

"He had golden eyes?" he coughed out.

I nodded my head and he got up quickly claiming he was full and rushing out of the house.

The fuck was all of that about...I thought to myself finishing up my breakfast and cleaning the dishes.

I picked zayn up out of the high chair and patted him on his back as I walked upstairs putting him in his pin bringing  it into my room and locking the door; After taking a 10 minute shower I wrapped myself into a towel and came out of the bathroom into my room going straight to the closet and picking out some back yoga pants, white tee, and my black slippers. 

I put my hair up into a messy bun and went over seeing zayn fast asleep. I smile to myself and grabbed my note book and pen doing some homework that i Wes behind with.

"Come on Zoe move your ass" Elle said speed walking to Victoria secret

"I'm coming, I'm coming" I playfully rolled my eyes at her as I finally made my way to the store and walked inside.

When getting there I saw elle looking through a rack of lace panties and bras.

"Here, go in the booth and try on" she winked and shoved the clothing in my hands and I whined not wanting to try on any but if I didn't wanna hear her nagging I would do as I was told.

Putting the under garments on she walked through the curtains and whistled at me "I would totally fuck you."

I laughed at her comment and shook my head pushing her out and changing back into the clothes I came in with.

We both brought around 5 outfits each from Victoria secret and went to another store buying some pairs of skinny jeans, shirts , crop tops and shorts.

Leaving from the mall we decided to go to a tattoo and piercing parlor to maybe get something to prove our friendship, she was more like a sister to me then a friend.

Pulling up into the parking lot of the tattoo parlor we go inside and look around at pictures

We decided to go with heart that'll go on our collar bones.



Small but cute and even if others don't know what it meant we'll know what it mean.

We payed and left going back to her place.

When we pulled up I opened up the back door of the car and sulked it the bags in one hand and the car seat in the other which held zayn. I walked inside the house putting the car seat down and clothes hugging elle's mom Barbara saying hello and picking up the bags of clothes.  

With Mrs.Rivers keeping zayn for me, me and elle talk about our graduation that'll be happening less than a few weeks away.

"So I was thinking after graduating we go to Paris..to start a life for ourselves, You know live together in an apartment you be my house maid and fuck buddy and I'll be your daddy" she giggled to herself and I just gave her the finger.

"In your dreams weirdo"

"Oh you don't even know the half of it" she smirked plopping down on the bed and turning on 50 Shades of grey.

After the movie ended I looked over next to me to find elle fast asleep. I covered her up and went downstairs to check on zayn, I found him asleep in a crib next to barbara who is sitting up eating cereal while watching Dr.Phill

"Hey dear, do you need anything?" she asked pausing the tv looking at me.

"Uh no ma'am I was just coming to check on zayn" I said smiling.

"Oh ok well he's ok I fed him. Oh and if you two are hungry there is 20 {Pounds = Money in U.K} on the kitchen counter just order anything you want ok?" and I nodded saying thanks going to the kitchen and ordering 4 boxes of chinese food

Eating and watching twilight I would say this was an awesome day.

Just hanging out with my favorite girl and now eating Chinese rice and drinking Pepsi how could this night get any better.

The night went on with her and me just chatting, eating  and watching chick flick movies.
