Chapter 18

Evelyn's eyes widened as she held her back and asked anxiously, "Are you alright? What's going on?"

Amber shook her head, trying to snap out of the whirlwind of pain, and replied weakly, "I think I'm poisoned ...... Please help me, help me get to the medical room."

Evelyn was panic. She hurriedly held Amber's arm and walked towards the medical room under her guidance. The whole time, Evelyn watched Amber's expression and kept praying that nothing bad would happen to her friend.

"How are you feeling?"

Amber's stomach turned over and worse, her whole body began to ache and she slowly lost consciousness.

"What can I do?" Evelyn looked at her worriedly, "Tell me and let me help you."

Amber's face was covered with sweat and she spoke with difficulty, "I have no more strength, please call an ambulance for me, I need to go to the hospital."

Evelyn dialed the phone quickly. As she put down the receiver, Eric burst into the infirmary.
