Chapter 13 *Xavier

Are you okay Alpha?" Faerien quickly asked.

"I'm fine, how is she?" I asked.

"Nothing change Alpha. She's still in the same state." Mark says.

"I nodded and head upstairs heading straight to her room, or should I say our room now. I opened the bedroom door and went in to see my mate, still lying on the bed, sleeping beautifully. I walk towards her side and caressed her cheeks.

"How long do you have to sleep? Everyone's worried, I'm worried. Please I need you to wake up. Miss you Rae." I sighed.

Still there's no reaction I took a deep breath and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I dried off after I finished and brush my teeth. I got out the bathroom after I put on my boxer briefs.

I head back out to the bedroom and I panicked when I didn't see Raelin laying at the bed. I was about to mind link the guys when I felt the cold metal on my neck. The person then pressed the blade closer to my neck and blood gushed a little from the little cut. I was ready to punch the person's gut when I heard an angelic voice that I miss to hear for the past few days.

"Who the hell are you? Why are you inside my room?" She asked in an angry tone.

"Mate. She's finally awake." Danger yelled and howled in my head.

I never felt more happy to hear and see her again. I'm so happy that I forgot that she still holding a knife ready to slice up my throat.

"Ba-baby its me, pl-please p-put do-down the knife. It's me Xavier, your mate." I said while stuttering, which never happens.

"Xavier? Oh my, I'm so sorry."

She quickly threw the knife at the other side off the room and quickly examines the cut that was already healed. Thanks to my werewolf healing.

"I'm sorry Xavier. I-I didn't mean to hurt you." She says in a panicked voice.

"It's alright beautiful. As you can see I'm okay. A little cut won't kill me." I say to her as I put my arms around her little form.

"What are you doing here? And why is it that there's a working table on the corner? If my memories are correct I never had a working table inside my room." She asked confused.

I took a deep breath and we both sat at the couch near the fireplace. I pulled her into my lap and cradle her close to my body. I begun explaining to her what happened last month and she just stayed silent listening to me. After I told her everything that has happened she sat up and faced me.

"So, you guys are now officially living here now?"

"Uhm, yeah. But if you want we can just go back at the pack house."

"No, its okay. You guys can stay. I'm just a little shocked, that's all."

I nodded and pull her back to my lap as I sniffed her neck.

"I'm sorry." I said.

"Why would you be sorry?" She asked.

"I'm sorry for not protecting you, I'm sorry that I didn't reach you on time."

"Now Xavier listen to me. Don't ever blame yourself. Its not your fault. I'm just thankful that you didn't stop looking for me. Thank you." She says and turned around pecking my lips.

We both just sat on the couch when suddenly her tummy growls. We both chuckled and I quickly lifts her up into my arms, she clung into me and rest her head against my shoulder. I walk out the room not bothering to put on a shirt knowing the guys were already asleep and head downstairs at the kitchen. I sat her down on one of the stools and opened the refrigerator to look for food. I pull out the leftover Lentil Soup that Faerien cooked recently. I reheated it, took out two medium size bowls as I waited the soup to heat up.

"Do you want to let the guys know that you're already awake?" I asked.

"No, not yet. We can do that tomorrow. I just want to eat and be with you for now." She says while smiling.

"She's so cute." Danger says.

"I know bud."

I poured the last soup at the two bowls and grabbed two spoons. I pass Raelin's soup and sat beside her.

"Thank you." She says pecking my cheeks.

"Your welcome, now eat up before its starts to get cold." I said as I eat my soup.

"Yummy. This is so good." She says.

"I mind linked the pack doctor to come here and check you up first thing in the morning. Is it okay?"

"Its alright. What are we going to do then, after the check up?"

"Well I have to announced everyone that you are now awake and do you want to meet the pack members? Their dying to me you."

"Of course. I will."

"Thank you."

We both finished eating and after that we both washed the dishes that we used. And went back to our room and cuddled more at our bed.
