I swallowed my saliva and sighed.

My power of speech got lost for thirty seconds straight, but after those seconds were over, the power to talk fell upon me heavily, the annoyance I kept aside suddenly becoming alive.

"This is the second time reading I'm this letter and you know what?" I started with a low voice and hard eyes. "You are such a dick, Barry" I drawled each word. "You wrote in this letter that I shouldn't forgive you so I won't forget you" I scoffed loudly. "I really did not forget you. I kept waiting for you, for years!"

He briefly rubbed his lip with his tongue. "Pixie...."

"Do not fucking Pixie me!" I half yelled, throwing my hands up in frustration. "Every year, I sit on my bed with this letter in my hand, scared to read it because I was hoping you would come back so I can read it one more time"

"But I am back now" He whispered.
