The woods

Xander walked into a hotel, still holding Diamond, with Yandel walking behind them.

"Why are we lounging in a hotel, we should go tonight, after all we are tele...."

"You talk too much." Xander cut Yandel off abruptly.

"Do you have any money with you?" Diamond asked looking up at Xander.

"Don't worry about that." Xander said simply.

As soon as they got into the lobby, Xander walked straight to the receptionist, with Diamond and Yandel.

"Hello, welcome to king's suit hotel. How can I help you today?" The receptionist asked with a warm smile.

"I would like to book a room for tonight." Xander said.

"What kind of room would you like?" She asked

"A double room." Xander answered

"Okayyy.... Please hold on let me check...." She said and took her eyes to the computer in front of her for a moment. 

"I am afraid we only have single rooms available. Tomorrow we will have a double room, but we can give you our suite room if you want. We have one left." She said after a few seconds and Xander's eyes went to Diamond, and then back to the receptionist. 

"Okay, a suite room and a single room." Xander said.

"Okay sir. A single room is fifty dollars and our suite room is one hundred and thirty dollars. So that would be a hundred and eighty dollars altogether." She said and Diamond gasped in her head.

"One hundred and eighty dollars for two rooms for just a night?" She thought and Xander chuckled mentally.

Using his mind, Xander manipulated the receptionist's mind, so she would think that he has paid already.

"Thank you sir. Here's your room key. Room one one one and room one one seven. They are on the first floor." She said handling the keys to him.

"What just happened? Why did she give you the keys without us paying first." Diamond asked we they climbed up the stairs

"Relax, I handled it already." Xander said simply.

"Humans!" Yandel scoffed feeling pissed

"What are you?" Diamond asked, her brows arched and Yandel just gag, whilst Xander facepalm himself mentally.

"Stay here, I will be right back." Xander said to Diamond as he led her into the suite.

"Alright." She mumbled and he walked out, shutting the door behind him.

He walked straight to Yandel's room and pushed the door open.

"Hey man, aren't you sleeping?" Yandel asked on seeing Xander.

"You need to learn to stop running your mouth in front of Diamond." Xander said sternly.

"Diamond? Who's Diamond?" Yandel asked, but quickly got the point.

"Oh Diamond. That's her name." He mumbled the last part.

"You know she's human yet you keep blabbering words she isn't suppose to hear in front of her." Xander said, sounding a bit pissed.

"Oh! She doesn't know you are not her kind? Just three days and you are already liking a girl? A human girl?" Yandel's arch his brows as he spoke.

"It's none of your business. Just adhere to my instructions. I am taking her along with me tomorrow and she most not know that we are werewolves." He stated.

As Xander walked back into the suite, he saw Diamond standing close to the window, staring outside.

"Why aren't you sleeping yet?" He asked making her turn around to look at him.

"I... I..."

"You feel like going back?" He asked when he noticed she wasn't finding the right words to say.

"No!" She blunted out as she turned back to the window.

"I don't regret leaving the house a bit." She added.

Xander slowly walked up to her and placed his both hands on her shoulders from behind.

"What are you thinking about then?" He asked and she turned around, facing him.

"You." She said plainly making him raise a brow.

"Why are...."

"Yes." She cut him off making him more confused.

"Yes what?" He arched a brow.

"To the question you asked earlier." She said and he tried remembering the question he had asked her earlier but nothing was coming to his head, and just when he was about reading her mind, she spoke up.

"If I will be your girlfriend." 

"Really?" He asked and she nodded

"Or is it too late?" She asked, but he was mute.

She got the point, he needed to go back home. Feeling so stupid for delaying before giving him an answer, she started towards the door, but he pulled her closer to himself and wrapped his hands around her.

"No, it's not too late." Xander said and Diamond sighed mentally, feeling relieved.

"I don't want you to take me to your house directly." She mumbled in his chest.

"Why?" 

"I am not prepared to meet your parents yet."

"There are no parents anymore."

"I'm sorry about that."

"It's okay."

"So it's just you?"

"No, I have two younger brothers."

"I still don't want to meet them yet. Can't you take me somewhere else first? Maybe your friend's place?" She asked.

"No problem. I will take care of that. It's time to sleep now." He said, and breaking the hug, he wrapped his hand around her shoulder and led her to the king size bed.

They both laid down on the bed, facing each other. They both remained like that, staring into each other's faces until they dozed off.

"Good morning my prince." Draven's personal guard bowed before him as soon as he got into his personal living room.

"Any news yet?" Draven asked, not smiling.

"Yes my prince. I heard that Prince Xander is in the human world."

"What!"

"Yes my prince, and his beta has gone to look for him already." He said and Draven felt pretty disturbed in his spirit.

"If Xander comes back to this palace alive he is going to tell everyone that I tried to kill him. No, I won't let that happen." Draven thought.

Immediately he picked up his phone and dailed Yandel's number.

"Greetings my prince." Yandel said from the other end as soon as he answered the call.

"Have you seen prince Xander yet?" He asked getting straight to the point.

"My prince, how did you know that I am in search for him?"

"Come on, he's my brother. Where is he?"

"He is here with me." Yandel said and a small smirk appeared on Draven's face.

"Are you guys coming now?"

"Yes."

"Alright." Draven said and hung up.

Gather the rest of your men, spread yourself around the park, including the woods. Capture Prince Xander, even if it means you adding his beta to him. Take him to a private place and get back to me, I want to have him killed myself. But if he is too strong for you guys to handle, then you kill him. Prince Xander must not step his foot into this palace, and no other person must hear about this, else you are dead. Am I understood?" Draven asked.

"Yes my prince." 

"Get out." Draven said and the guard bowed before heading out.

"You are going down Xander." Draven smirked widely.

"Xander!" Xander heard someone call his name from his sleep making him force his eyes open.

"What?" He asked Yandel with a light frown.

"Well it's morning and we need to go."

"Then go ahead."

"Please you should leave now too, and you should take her now that she's still asleep if you don't want her to know that you're teleporting." Yandel said.

"You better bring your voice down." Xander cautioned.

"It's the royal house Waylen, in moon stone park. This is the direction." He said handing to Xander a piece of paper.

"You don't want to start asking people so they don't know you lost your memory. You can reach me through the number on the back of the paper." Yandel added and teleported himself back to moon stoon park.

Xander turned over to Diamond and smiled seeing how cute she looked. How he always loves staring at her when she's sleeping.

Wrapping his hands around her, he teleported out of the hotel, and into moon stone park. Looking around, he groaned when he found out that he had teleported into the woods.

He placed Diamond who was still sleeping on a long wood and walked forward a bit, trying to figure out what to do. He brought out the piece of paper that Yandel had handed over to him and tried using the directions, but it was a bit confusing.

"What should I do? What should I do? His number! He gave me his number. Calling him would be better....." He paused suddenly when he realized that he didn't even have any phone with him

"Oh goodness! I really should have followed him. Aish!" He cursed at himself.

Not having any other choice, he decided to walk out of the woods a little and find someone to lend him a phone.

He tried taking a straight line so he would know the direction back to Diamond, but soon he had to take a bend. Moving a little further, he looked down at the paper in his hands to know if he can get the direction with his mind, but as soon as he did, he felt someone struck him from behind with a huge plank, making him fall flat of his face.

"Kill him." He heard someone say before he went black out.
