Chapter 9

Meanwhile King Roberts had just been informed about the abduction of his daughter by Master Dee which left him infuriated.

"What do you mean Avura was abducted? By who? Who dares lays a hand on my daughter" He yelled at Master Dee.

"Your Majesty, please forgive me the attack was unexpected, " Master Dee pleaded with his knee on the floor. He knew as a season warrior there was no excuse for why this kings daughter kept under his care should be missing. Immediately he recovered from the Vervain bomb blast he searched everywhere for Avura but could not locate her. He did an inspection of the place where the attack took place and discovered they were attacked by vampires which was strange. Which set of vampires will dare abduct the king's daughter. The crime alone was a death sentence.

"Master Dee you have one week to look for my daughter else I will have your head on a spike in front of my palace" King Reborts threatened.

"My king, I will do my best" Master Dee promised his head bowed down.

"Please I want to seek your permission to make use of the Azaleas in this mission. " Master Dee requested his knee still on the ground.

"The Azaleas?" King Reborts repeated in shock as he wasn't expecting that request.

The Azaleas were a group of vampires who feed specifically on fellow vampires as Human blood was rejected by their own body. They were also very smiled hunters who specialize in tracking anybody. They were more powerful than normal vampires because they feed on vampires and it was rare to see them. But the royal palace kept some of them for special ocassions such as war and an event such as the one they hsve found themselves.

"Why do you need the Azaleas?" The king asked curiously.

My Majesty I am conviced from my little investigation that the attack was carried out by vampires. And I was able to trace their movements to find out that went into castle black a human kingdom.

You mean to tell me my duaghter was taken into a human kingdom by her abducters King Roberts asked in shock everything sounding like a dream to him.

"Yes, my king that's why I need the Azaleas, they won't be a threat to anyone in the human kingdom so we wouldn't be worried about them killing humans" Master Dee pointed out.

"That's true but I do not worry about the Azaleas. I worry about my daughter, I don't want her getting into one of those her reaper's episode and feeding on the humans. It will break the treaty we signed with castle black." King Roberts lamented.

I understand your majesty, that's why I will make sure we look for her quickly before any of such things happens. I also trust she will be able to control herself when she is put in a tempting position.

"I also suggest we inform King Macho of castle black of this incident incase they get to her first. "

"You don't understand Master Dee, the treaty clearly states any vampires found across that border will be put to death. How do I now bring myself to telling him my daughter and some group of other vampires are in his kindgom and expect him to calm down about it. "

"Your Majesty I still feel..... "

"No Master Dee we are no longer having that conversation. Go there and get my daughter back." He instructed

"And yes you can take the Azaleas with you but you must first talk to Prince Zeko about it since he is in charge of them."

"Thank you your majesty. I am grateful for you kind gesture" Master Dee bowed as be made attempt to leave.

"And master Dee don't forget, if I don't get her back in one week you will have yourself to blame. Infact you shouldn't dare come back" king Robert added as Master Dee moved from his sight.

Master Dee was worried about the mission he was about to engage in. First of all he had to find the princess withing such a short time in a land where Vampires were not welcomed. Meaning for every movement they made in that land they have to be very discreet if not a simple abduction case might just metaphorsize into a full blown war between both kingdoms.

His other worry was how to get the Azaleas to come with him without Prince Zeko poke nosing. He wanted to be the one in full charge of the mission but he knew with Prince Zeko it wouldn't be possible. Besides he didn't know who he was to trust in the royal palace but he knew there was no way he will get the backing of the Azaleas without the help of Prince Zeko
