Chapter 15

Prince Leo quickly narrated his experience with the group of bandit vampires. From when he was abducted from his family farm land and taken to the old castle. His duty was to cook and give them about information about the kingdom in exchange for the safety of his family. He also recounted how Avura was brought into the castle totally unconscious.. He stated clearly that she was never part of the band from the beginning in and she was only brought last night and was left behind this early morning. He added the fact she controlled herself from feeding on him when she had the opportunity to do so that is why her life shoukd be spared.

"My king please don't listen to him. She is a threat to your kingdom I will advise you to kill her " Hale stated even after hearing the words of Leo. His hatred for Vampires over clouding his judgment

"Keep quiet. How do you expect me to ignore the words of a prince. Don't you know the witnessing of an royalty in this kingdom is taken seriously" King Macho snapped at Hale. Making Hale keep quiet immediately.

At that moment one of the servants who was sent to the old castle to take care of the dead bodies returned to the palace breathing heavily.

"You highness I have troubling news for you" he cried falling down on his knees.

"Pope, ain't you see I am in the middle of something very important" King Macho question livid with his servant for such disrespect . Pope is the name of the servant who ran into the palace.

"My king I am sorry, its just this is urgent and it affects whatever decision you will want to make now " Pope replied still on his knees trembling with so much fear that Avura thought he might just fall down.

"Then speak" King Macho thundered still angry with his servant.

"My king the vampires are back." He started his first words taking everyone by surprise.

"What do you mean by the vampires are back?" King Macho questioned a little confused on his words.

"My king remember you asked us to born the dead bodies in the castle. When we got there we met some set of vampires. From the way they questioned us it was obvious they were not the original set that killed our people these set came in search of soemything else. One seem to be the leader gave his name as Zeko. I was the only one who was allowed to come back the other servants have been trapped there" He narrated still shaking

"What do they want? "King Macho asked curiously.

"My king he didn't say but he gave me a message for you. Saying if I should tell you you will understand" pope continued.

"Come closer then" King macho ordered him. Pope went close to the king and whispered some words in his ears.

Princess Avura wondered what was the special message that was being whispered into the ears of the king. She had earlier got a sense of relieve when she heard Zeko's name. She was sure her half brother had come to rescue although she had wished it was Master Dee.

She was watched as the expression on his face turned from expressionless to worry and a little bit of fear. She wonders what message he must have received.

Pope finished speaking and went out of the King's presence. Tyler and his pack already knew they will have another task to do with nee set of vampires in town.

Avura I have been privileged to an information that I know you would not have easily shared to us.

Avura looked at the king curiously she wasn't sure of what to expect. She thought maybe her status has a princess has been exposed.

"I hear you are a reaper" The king announced throwing the room into the confusion. The werewolves were totally lost on what the king just said but Avura understood as her shoulders dropped. She knew her case just got complicated again.

"Your majesty what or who is a reaper? " Tyler asked curiously.

"My knowledge about Vampires is limited so I will like Avura to explain to us" King Macho replied turning the question to Avura.

Avura felt very reluctant to speak about herself. She knee she will end up putting fear in everybody but she had no choice than to speak and to also say the truth because she didn't know what was fully disclosed to King macho.

"Reapers are special kind of vampires that feed on blood more than normal vampires. That is they are more powerful and more dangerous to humans and vampires themselves. Who ever they feed is drained completely." Avura stressed the words inorde the create a little fear in them.

"We can't keep such a person" Hale spoke again fir the first time after he was shut down by the king.

"No we can't but I also can't kill her since a prince has spoken for her King Macho.

So I have decided to give her to your pack. Whatever your alpha decides to do to her is what shall stand. She will be added to your bounty" King Macho decleared
