Breaking the law

"Hello, are you my roommate?" A sweet voice asked her from behind.

Alexa turned back to see who called her , and my gawd she was amazed. 'So beautiful and cute , is she going to stay with me?'

The girl who just arrived inside her room after hearing from others that the new woman came from the mortal world. And she will be staying in her room. A curious young girl rushed inside and found out that Alexa was no human being but a werewolf.

"What is your name?"

"What is your name?"

Both of them asked the same question at the same time which created an awkward moment and they burst into laughter.

"I'm Alexa, you are?"

"Ahem.. I'm Fiona. Nice to meet you...Are you a werewolf?" She curiously smells Alexa.

"Yes, I'm. Are you too?"

"Yes."

"How do you end up getting tangled with your master?" Fiona teased her.

"Ah ..umm well I," she said.

"Come on, my story is more hilarious than yours." Fiona smiled brightly.

"And you know what I was very excited that someone like me has come, because you see here only witches and wizards live." Fiona paused and stared outside the balcony and her gaze fell on a few men who were staring at them.

"I think they have fallen for you! Look at them ,those cold hearted wizards. Who thought their dead heart would go crazy after seeing you!" Fiona laughed, throwing her hands in the air like a small child.

"What are you saying?" Alexa laughs too but this sight is caught by men. They wave at two girls cheerfully and go on their way.

"Come on, why did they smile? I never liked any of them!"

"Really?" Alexa now teased her.

Fiona was cute and beautiful blonde lady with gorgeous body proportions. Her dreamy pair of grey eyes were enough to make a man fall in love.

Alexa stares up and down at Fiona and thinks how could this girl end up here.

"So, I want to hear everything about how the master saved you and then brought you here." She drags Alexa inside and they both sat on the bed.

Fiona fluttered her eyes in her own imagination of how such a beautiful woman ended up with her master.

"But isn't it unfair? I was wondering if you can tell me your first!"

Fiona stopped with her weird imagination and her face all got serious.

"What happened? Do you not have a good memory? I'm sorry, don't tell me then!" Alexa hugs her and pats softly on her back.

"Ah,no it's not that bad but still it hurts inside. Okay now don't treat me like a cry baby girl .''Fiona murmured in a low voice .

Flashback in Fiona's past

14 years back

In the dark rocky place where only the red moon shines, and no life exists. It has a river flowing which is home to many wandering dead souls. A place which connects two worlds and the passage which only higher wizards of the magical world knows. In such a forsaken place, what a five year old baby girl was doing.

"Why is this child here? Did someone leave her here?" Alastor asked after seeing a small naked child, playing with mud.

Diana approaches Alastor and stops him abruptly. "Master, she can be an evil spirit trying to lure you. Don't go any closer, I'm afraid they have planned something!"

She looks at the harmless child coldly. They just have arrived after successfully slaughtering the pack of demon werewolves and vampires who were hunting the innocent humans. The situation was so bad that if the wizards of the magical world didn't arrive on time, the mortals would have been killed brutally.

Diana clearly knows that some powerful wizard or witch is using the deadly black magic to resurrect them into monstrous werewolves. And they might have found out that the heir of the Falling mountain sect was himself here in the mortal world to save them...

And it was the perfect opportunity to kill Alastor.

"Don't worry general Diana. Who am I ? Nobody can take my life with their cheesy tricks!"

He was not able to convince himself and walked close to the child.

"Hi, have you brought my parents? They were soaked in blood and their eyes were closed." The little girl sobbed.

"Oh no, don't cry." He quickly sits down and picks the baby girl in his arms, slowly wipes off her tears.

"Master!" Diana hissed angrily but was given a piercing cold glance by Alastor.

He waves his two fingers in the air and with his internal powers, he discovers that the child was the daughter of Alpha. She was a werewolf of the Lokoti breed whose parents and pack was killed by demon wolves.

'It was too late to save your parents and pack!' Alastor mumbled under his breath in agony.

He stood up with the child in his arms and walked towards the boat. The boat which sails over the dead river and stops at the other side of the river.

"Don't tell me you're going to take this child with you?"

Diana and the rest of the four wizards stare at their master in confusion. They can't take mortals to their world, it's highly forbidden.

"Then should I leave her here? Don't you guys have heart or are you so blind to see the pain the child is going through?" Alastor criticised them for their cold hearted remarks.

Diana hesitated because she was afraid her words would make her master lose his temper.

"Master, but the city of ours doesn't allow any mortal to enter inside."

Alastor smirked evilly because he knew that only he was capable of granting permission to anyone who wished to enter the Falling mountain sect. Seeing her master smirking, Diana's face turned pale.

"A-Are you going to give your cultivation energy to this child only to let her survive in our world?"

"You got it right." He chuckled and squeezed the cheeks of the little baby girl who was in his arms smiling brightly.

"Oh my god, I've become a father of this child without even getting married. I'm so happy, but what is your name baby girl?" He trickles the child.

"My name is Fiona." The child claps her hands in excitement after getting a new father.

Diana clenched her fist in irritation. Like she was internally cursing Alastor for behaving like an idiot.

Then they all return back to their world and Alastor receives scolding from her mother. He was punished for breaking the law of their world.

But no matter how cold hearted the grand witch was, she still cared for her son and allowed him to keep Fiona. And from that day to now, Fiona has struggled hard to survive in that competitive world.

"Woah!" Alexa was blown off.. She has never thought Alastor was so brave enough to go against his world's laws. He truly was a good person.

"Not only that, he stood for me every time I was in trouble."

"But what punishment does he get for breaking the law?" She asks, biting her lower lip nervously.

"He will be sent to the abandoned land , Moldavite City . And not only this, his powers will be freezed and he will have to survive their in Moldavite City for a week."

"What? Why? Is Moldavite City dangerous?" Alexa trembled inside, she didn't want to get her saviour in any kind of difficult situation.

"Dangerous you say? It's a deadliest land inhabited by Elves and mages. They don't like interference in their land and also don't like someone entering their land. So the master will have to disguise himself as one of their citizens or else there is a high chance of getting caught! Also their law is very strict towards the outsiders." Fiona explains.

"Oh my god! I must stop him from getting punished because of me. I will receive the punishment instead." Alexa gets up abruptly and walks outside in a hurry.

"But he must have already left!" Fiona shouted but in vain. Alexa ran in speed towards the main castle where she bumps into Diana.

"W-here__ is__ master?" She asked, struggling for breath.

"Y-You lowly mortal. I don't want to see your face...get back to your room!"

Alexa saw Diana leaving without even answering her question.

She looked at the men who were following Diana, one of them came to her and whispered in her ears," Master has left for Moldavite City."

Alexa felt like the land under her feet slipped. She shivered inside imagining the situation of Alastor in such a forsaken place.

"What should I do?" She cursed under her breath, biting her lip..
