The approval letter from her company was sent right and she got to see it when she woke up at morning. How she is having a peaceful breakfast at the small balcony of her bedroom. The five story Villa has it own charming, she can enjoy the outside from her balcony, there has a small garden in courtyard. So it looks really nice for her. But seeing the garden, she misses her small rented house. However, her days are really bored. Karina hasn't made a move to hurt her. Maybe she is tired. Thinking that, she decides to inform her in laws about her Job and she can't let her job go. She needs to clear everything.. After having breakfast, she heads inside the old mansion. The elder couple stay there and they don't like to stay in the second new villa where she is currently staying in..

" Excuse me! May I know where Mom is?" She notices a Beta is holding a tray and heading towards the backyard. The Beta bows little in response.

" Elder Luna is at backyard. Madam!" Saying that he heads towards backyard as well. Laura follows her with quiet steps. She needs to muster up her courage to negotiate with her about her job..

But when she walks there, She notices Elder Luna is enjoying her morning ginger tea and Daisy is playing with some flowers.. " Mom!" She calls softly. Approaching her with a bright smile..

Elder Luna turns towards her. She always loves how beautiful Laura calls her as like she is her own daughter. Laura was always her favorite when she used to come with her parents. But she wanted Laura be with Andrew rather than Alexander. But unfortunately, Laura became his mate and rejected. Also she didn't want to have her as her daughter in law because of that mysterious curse. They don't know what the curse is but she still is cautious about her and keeps little distance..

" Have you had your breakfast yet?" She asked Laura pouring the tea in the cup. Laura nods sitting down on the chair.. " Yes.. Thank you!" She replies..

" Great! So Does Alexander go in your room? He should stay with you until you get pregnant?" The elder Luna asks sipping her tea but showing no emotions, Laura sips her tea as well..

" It's fine the way it is. I am sure, I will be pregnant since It was my ovulation day." She says plainly. The elder understands that she is unwilling to talk about it and her son doesn't go to his second wife's room..

" Great then! " She replies.. Laura places the cup on the table and looks at Elder directly. " I have something to inform about!" She sounds serious but flatly speaks.

" My company knows that I am here so they transferred my office in their main office. Since I am not here permanently, Also the status I have here doesn't require any rules of Royal family. I think I am able to keep doing my job.." she explains calmly. now she realizes that being the concubine with no title has a great advantage for her.

" Still you are Alpha's wife.. the mistress.. you can't do job outside!" The lady sounds cold but she didn't care.

" I know it may sound rebellious but you know, after one year, you will take my child away from me. Yeah. Laura is struggling to get her hand free from his strong grip. " Let me go.. don't touch me!" She shouts. Alexander throws her on bed, locks the door. His pheromones is spreading all over the room..

She doesn't want to force anyone to love her but she doesn't want anyone cheated on their beloved because of this stupid mate thing. She is fine with getting hurt. When she notices Alex's huge and strong Alpha Wolf appears, her eyes shine with it. His Alpha Wolf is looking Way more attractive to her than she feels towards the human Alexander.

" Calm down! Will ya?" She cups Alexander's face, attaching their forehead together.. the Wolf smells her sweet body odor and kiss on her cheek what makes her blush instant.. Apparently , Alex transforms back and pushes her away..

Mark my words" Saying that, he storms out angrily. Ordering a Beta not to let her have any meals until he says.. Laura sighs. She doesn't know anything but she wants to escape from this house.
