How it all began

I felt it was a terrible nightmare and I will soon wakeup from it but it was in fact the reality I watched my papa's body laid to rest I couldn't cry anymore I just stood and watched him return to the mother earth I hold my mama an whispered to her not to cry any more for it shall be well and this too shall pass away with time. All my mama did was stare at me and then wish it was that simple. Weeks after my papa's burial the family meeting was called and it was demanded that i leave home to stay with my aunt Trima while the boys will b left in my mum's care i don't know why i must leave home but i felt sooo cheated, betray but betray by who Alora Richard by bead or your Dad? I didn't actually know who to blame so i just stared at d blank space that seems so familiar with my life. My mum rejected me leaving her side but i couldn't afford my siblings away from her they we're still young so i agreed to leave with my aunt to her home the following day.

I was arranging my things when my mum entered the room she looked at me and couldn't hold back her tears i rush to her looked at my mum and knew deep down she really loves me, mama please can you not cry anymore i hate to see you like this, Alora my darling she said my heart is bleeding I don't want to loose you my baby, but mama I have to choose not really because I want these but because I want them here with you. Alora come here baby I rush to my mama's warm embrace and cried our hearts to sleep.

The following morning aunt Trima came to pick me for the long journey to another whole new country and family in Ghana....

Hmmmmmmmmm I don't know what awaits me in Ghana but one thing I'm very sure of is that I'm leaving my family, my once perfect home, my adorable siblings. I looked at Joel my immediate brother please take care of mama and trouble her not he looked at me with tears in his eyes sister i'm going to miss you please take care. I went to meet the remaining three that didn't want to see me ken, Dan and JR they ran upon seeing me sister please don't leave us we promise to never trouble you again.

I looked at my adorable siblings but still manage to say I love you sooooo much my favorite boys take care of yourselves and mama too and never forget sister Alora loves you all. They rush me with a heart touching and unforgettable hug I smiled in tears knowing that I'm actually leaving my mama and my boys..................
