Along The Sidewalk

“Where are we running off too?” Sabrina questions while they both run hand in hand, together on a sidewalk. “To get married.” David casually replies and Sabrina abruptly stops on her tracks. “M-marriage?” She stutters. David turns around and stands facing her. “Yes! And let me tell you that I want four kids. Three girls just like you and a big brother to protect my girls… And he must take my looks of course.” “What?! Marriage? Kids?! Where are all these things suddenly coming from?” “It’s time! A hurricane is about to head our way and before that we must get married.” David emphasizes, moving close to her. “But David we can’t just do it right now… We have to tell my mother and-“ David didn’t give her a chance to complete, he crossed the remaining distance between them and claimed her soft blabbering lips only to put her to a stop. “Another important thing…” He breathes as he held her close. “I love you.” That had Sabrina moving on her toes while her insides were left burning with the flames of desire. ========= SYNOPSIS ========= David is not your average man. However, falling in love was the least bit of the things he had expected and especially not when he is already engaged to someone else. Sabrina’s life is full of ups and downs. However, dragging herself through multiple jobs, she is bent on saving lots of money to live her dreams. Despite growing up rich can David withstand the poverty of Sabrina's world? Or their love is bound to be doomed? ============== It wasn't her beauty that mesmerized David. It were her small acts that won his heart. He has never been this stupid in front of anyone let alone be a stranger, along the sidewalk, because "It all begins at the sidewalk" A dramatic love story between two strangers with a life learning lesson Note: Want free coins? Closing Distances

It had already stopped raining when they reached. "Thank-you David, My home's here." She says, stopping at the corner of the street. It was surrounded by small apartment buildings. David thought that they looked way older than his grandfather's age. He looked around and realized that he has been here before but never noticed the area this closely. It wasn't much developed, the buildings looked shabby, the street was too thin and way up hilly and not to mention too empty and strange. He hadn't expected her to live in such a place. "I live just up there." She says, pointing up to a balcony of an apartment across the street.

"I guess this is it then..." David puts a hand inside his pocket while the other holds the closed umbrella in his hand.

"This is it." She says, looking down to her feet.

"So, I expect to hear the whole story tomorrow about the girl?" He asks, expectantly.

"Maybe." She didn't sound sure. "You should get going now." She says, looking up at him again.

"I will once you get inside." Sabrina shakes her head at him.

"It's my turn now I'll watch you leave from here." David snorts.

"It's not safe to remain here, it's better you get inside first."

"I come and go all day alone from here David. It's no big deal." David expression turned serious. He wasn't smiling anymore but concerned. He was having a strange feeling, a feeling which made him happy and mad at the same time. He wanted to protect this girl but it also confused him why hadn't he felt the same way when he was with Katherine.

"What about your mother? Doesn't she protest about you coming so late and alone?"

"My mother isn't home until midnight. She works as a full-time maid and also a part-time job. And when I said I wasn't rich I meant a common person who works hard to live." She laughs lightly. "Aren't I being too chatty on our first meeting?" she suggests.

"Not at all, this poor stalker intent no harm." He says, raising a hand in the air and receives a chuckle from her.

"You must have gone out of your way..." David comes closer.

"Not at all, my home is near from here." He says, moving closer.

"Really?" Her voice, a little slow.

"Yeah, maybe our destiny has something to do with this." He leans closer.

"Maybe..." David closes the distance between them. She tilts her head and slowly closes her eyes
