Why would it be late?

All of them went there and quickly choose all the animals and ordered them to load them in the trucks. Meanwhile, Alex called the contact person and asked him to come there. That person quickly arrived and introduced himself to Alex. Alex asked him to help in their work and paid him upfront too. All the work took many hours but it was very quick for everyone. At last, they went for a simple meal and return to find all things are loaded.

"So brother, did you pay all the people? Is the money enough?", Alex asked.

"Yeah. This much money is left after all the transactions and advance payment to the trucks.", the salesperson showed him the half of previous money.

"Oh. That's good then. Do the drivers can drive to our tribe themselves?", Alex said to the salesperson and asked the contact person.

"Yeah. I told them the location. I'm also going with them so there will be no problem.", the contact person replied.

"Thank you, brother. Take care of it, ok? I will give you more tips afterward.", Alex said and winked.

"All right brother. Believe in me.", the contact person said and went away while smiling.

"Brother. We will be also going away. I want you to take this money as a tip also. You can take all the money to yourself or share it with the people you have contacted. It's yours, ok?", Alex proposed.

"What? You want me to have this much money?", the salesperson asked with widened eyes.

"Yes. Do whatever you want with it.", Alex nodded and replied.

"Are you sure?", the salesperson asked.

"Yeah. We will be heading toward the tribe too. It's getting late for us too.", Alex said to him.

"It's only afternoon now. Why would it be late?", the salesperson asked.

"We have a ceremony to hold so we are in a hurry brother.", Alex expressed his reasons.

"Oh. That's why.", the salesperson gave a knowing nod.

"Okay. Bye for now brother.", Alex said and called the ladies.

"Goodbye sir.", the salesperson bid farewell to him

Alex and two ladies went to the truck with heavy bags in their hands and put them on the back of the pickup truck which was almost filled. They secured a little bit and got on the front of the truck. Alex started to drive the pickup and headed back to the tribe.

"I couldn't believe what did I do today.", Waredede said with a grin on her face.

"What did you do?", Alex asked.

"We choose so many things and tasted many things in a short time that I never knew existed.", she replied while Uatika nodded continuously.

"Ahh… that. Yeah, we did. Are you happy?", Alex asked them.

"Why wouldn't I? I'm so much happy today.", they both replied.

"That's good then.", he said and started to drive faster. Soon they reached the previous dusty gravel road while they were talking and eating in the pickup at the same time. They soon saw lines of trucks and surpassed them and went ahead. The ladies quickly pointed to the trucks and giggled. After some time, they finally reached the tribe settlement and called the people to bring the things inside. The two anxiously waiting women came to him with big smiles on their faces. Alex called them and they quickly came toward him and help him move the things inside the settlement.

The chief and many other men who were away were called too for the occasion and introduced themselves to him. Alex also introduced him to them and started their chat which soon turned into laughter and giggles. Soon, the trucks arrived and the whole tribe went crazy with the things that he bought. The chief gave him the widest smile and thanked him for it. All the things are quickly transported inside the settlement and stacked in multiple huts. They quickly created another place for the animals and breathed a sigh of relief after that. Alex called the truck drivers and bid farewell to them while giving big tips. The contact person also bid farewell to him and Alex gave him a big tip too.

After that Alex gave his promised things to the two previous husbands of the two ladies. After that Alex asked the chief to do whatever he wants with the rest of the things. Chief quickly arranged and the marriage with the four people started.
