Chapter 38

"Welcome Home, Dad and Sis." Bati ko sa kanila matapos ang mission namin ng ikatlong araw ng nakalipas.

Nabalitaan na lang din namin na umuwi pa pala sila bago mag Christmas. Aaminin ko, masaya naman ako at naisipan nilang umuwi para naman makumpleto ang Pamilya namin. Ito din ang matagal ng hinahangad ni Clarence.

"Thank you, my lovely sis." She seems so happy that she's back. But I saw Clarence at the 2nd floor, staring Ate Aaliyah blankly and no emotion on his face before walking out.

Mukhang napansin nya ang tinitignan ko kaya nginitoan nya ako. "I can handle him."

Hindi ako sumagot at tumango na lang. It seems the atmosphere became heavy after a long silence between us. It's been a year, a five I guess. No communication and connection at all pero ngayong nandito na sila ay para bang walang nangyari at wala silang nagawa.

Umalis na ako doon kahit tinatawag pa ako ni Mommy. Gusto ko na lang umalis ng bahay dahil hindi ko yata kayang makita ng matagal ang dalawa matapos nilang hindi magparamdam ng limang taon.

"I'm so lucky." Bulong ko sa sarili ko ng makitang tumatawag si Lucas.

[Where are you?] Bungad nya ng sagutin ko ang tawag.

"On the way at your condo."

[Great. I have something to tell you.]

His voice sounds like a sexy man without a shirt. My face heat when I imagining him no shirt but a tank top short only. Omygod Chloe, stop this creepy thinking.

[Love, are you still there?] I came back to my sense while I'm driving and hearing his sexy voice.

"Y-yes. I'm nearby wait for me there." I stuttered before I end the call.

Nararamdaman ko pa rin ang init ng mukha ko pagoabaha ko ng parking at pinindot ang elevator para maka akyat pataas. I shouldn't think this sexyness of him and his handsome face. Oh gosh, I can't even imagine myself that one day, I'll thinking of him and his body. Crazy!

I knocked once before he opened the door and welcome him with my hug. "I missed you." I heard him saying.

"I missed you too." Nginitian ko sya bago pumasok sa unit nya at isinara naman nya ito.

"How's your day?" Tanong nya habang papunta ng kusina at kumuha ng chi-chirya at soft drinks bago ilagay sa table ng living room.

"They back." Sambit ko na ikinanuot ng noo nya. "Dad and my sister, after five years they are back like nothing happened, like not having a communication. Biruin mo, likang taon kang umaasa, kahit hindi na sila bumalik basta may komunikasyon pa rin kami pero ngayong bumalik na sila, I don't think I can think the same way. Like 'Welcome back my dear older sister and my handsome father' with a smile on my face. There's no way to do that now. Not anymore."

I feel comfortable around him while I tell my story about my family. It's too sensitive for me because Clarence suffered for five years without Ate Aaliyah. Dahil hindi naman ako ang pinaka close at na kasama nya hanggang sa lumaki sya. At isa pa, he's a father's boy so I can't blame him without participating to talked to Dad and my Sister.

"It's alright, just always choose what is right or wrong. In a first place, you had a valid reason and no one can blame your feelings right now. But don't be afraid to tell the most important person to your life what you feel, if they can't even see it try to open up with them so they can realize what they shortcoming so they'll receive a slap from reality what they did. Do not conclude too because there's always have a reason what they did that to you and to your Mom and Brother."

I almost smile when I heard those words from him. It's sound lime comforting and advising. Tinignan ko sya habang nakayakap pa rin sya sakin, I can tell he is smiling too when I looked at him. I never expected this feelings I had from him, also not expecting to like another person after my heart break from my best friend.

After that, niyaya nya akong mag date at tuwang tuwa naman akong pumayag at nagbihis pamalit dahil isang araw ay binilhan nya ako ng pang alis at pang bahay na damit para daw hindi ko na kailangan umuwi sa amin para makapagpalit.

Kuhang kuha nya ang sukat na damit kong medium size because my body is so small. I wore my blue spaghetti strap dress, it was a casual date I think and this is my first time experience and the person who likes me too. Hindi ko mapigilan mapangiti habang nakatitig ako sa salamin.

Tinalian ko na din ang natural kong brown na buhok bago mag spray ng perfume. I smiled to my reflection before getting my shoulder bag and leaving our room.

"Tara na, it's afternoon kailangan makapag enjoy tayo." Sambit ko habang inaayos ang suot ko nang makita ko sya.

He's wearing his red polo shirt and tucked in inside his jeans. I rolled my eyes when I saw his special converse shoes and a metal necklace of his before looking at me.

"Woah, are you truly my queen?" Natawa ako sa reaksyon nya bago ako lapitan at hinawakan pa ang bewang ko.

"Mukha bang clone lang ako sa paningin mo?" Pinanliitan ko sya ng mata. Pasalamat sya at gwapo sya, pinipigilan ko na lang na halikan sya.

"You're too sexy, tch. Don't look the other guy on the mall, did you get me?" Problemado pang sambit nya nang makita ang kabuuan ko.

Nako naman, nagawa pang magselos. Ako pa nga ang dapat mabahala dahil maputi na sya, attractive pang tignan sa mga mata ng tao. Mas nakaka attract pa na may suot syang itim na relo.

"Stop joking, tara na." Hinila ko na sya palabas ng unit at narinig ko naman ang tawan nito.

"Alright, my future wife let's go."
