Someone like Hephaestus was a good resource and he had a ton of followers.
He would make them slave away if they had to.
He had little kindness for others, and Hephaestus' face made it difficult for him to hold back.
It should be banned.
"Link all the towers to the main A.O.C tower in the inner world.
That should be the final destination of all that enter the tower."
He wanted to move everything into these towers and form a hierarchy of sorts.
Of course, he would be at the top.
He could indeed wave his hand and make everyone appear in one of these towers, but he did not want that.
He wanted the position of these towers to hold a sacred position in everyone's hearts.
It was easier to control an army that was willing to fight instead of forcing them.
He would slowly make everyone believe that the towers were good and make them unable to separate from them.
