She'll look for the cops..

"Noo my head is spinning since morning.." Alex grumbled.

"Listen here, you definitely need a treatment. Firstly you are calling a girl at that hour of night she'll look for the cops if you don't stop calling her at midnights. Secondly, you are over assuming things and shouting at the staff... Have you seen their faces? They look like the innocent people running for their lives and you look like the Bull who is running for their lives." Peter said panting heavily.

"She will not go to the cops. She's sweet just like a candy." Alex defended Mia.

"Shut up you madman!!!" Peter snapped at him.

Soon Alex realised his foolishness and went back to normal. Walking past through the staff smiling at them as if nothing happened. They just looked at him in a shock. Just the thought that she was not angry at him made him happy again.

"You sure she's not angry at me?" The boy again asked getting in the elevator.

"No but I think I'm angry right now." Peter said pursing his lips.

Meanwhile.

Mia did her breakfast and came back to her room. She took her phone to check important messages. But what she saw made her eyes to almost pop out of their sockets.

"20 missed calls!! Are you kidding me??" She said. "Why so many? Is he okay?" She was about to call him back when her brother's words echoed in her ears.

"No I can't.. maybe he was dialling someone else's number." She said. ' And by mistake he will call you 20 times?? Are you eating dog food Mia?' Her inner voice said.

"But he didn't call me since last week..." She said pouting her lips. ' Is he your boyfriend?' said the inner voice again.

The thoughts of him and her brother's words were together creating a whirlwind in her mind. "To call? Or not to Call?...to call? Or not to call?...." She was unable to decide. But somehow ended up calling him.

The call went through and was picked up. From which came a solid voice. "Hey."

She was lost, completely lost... For some time she thought she was imagining things rather than actually giving him a call. How her fingers ended up calling him as if they knew what was their job as fingers.

"Hello?" Came the same voice startling her.

"I actually called him?" She asked looking at the phone screen.

She rejected the call without answering him. And exhaled a breath which she didn't knew she was holding. Slapping her forehead she again called him.
