"What?! There is a new lecturer ?"

My bestfriend's shout is met with some grunts from other students that are clearly annoyed. I just facepalmed, Irina my bestfriend is always the loudest one from all of the college students. She is often called by the lecturers and other college students as the 'blabber mouth' , and 'that loud girl'. When I looked at her, she has already blushing from embarrassment and cover mouth with her hands.

"What have I told you, Amara? Please control your friend, she is clearly out of control"

Miss Baker's voice bring me back to reality and I nod and apologize for the disturbance that Irina had caused just now. She looks at me with a look that says 'I am so sorry'. Then I walk away to my next class, on the way I meet my boyfriend of 4 months, Ryan. We exchange kisses on the cheek, and I proceeded to go to the class. Fortunately, the class is still empty only 5 students are in the class. I take my seat in the front, and take out the book I will be needing for the class and start to read it. Yea, I am the type of student that is quiet, introvert, and a bookworm that is intelligent. Turns out the class that I am in right now is the new lecturer's class. When I finish the book, the bell rings, meaning the class is going to start in 5 minutes. Everyone take a seat, and then the new lecturer comes in. He brings his books and bag carefully, he looks cold and strict. He then quickly introduce himself as Mr. Charles Green and to call him Mr. Charles. Inside and outside of class, he is cold and strict, but weirdly many girls including Irina think that he is hot. Me myself loathe him, he is always giving me low grades even though I always present and my answers are pretty much correct.

"What! I get C-, how is he even doing this? Irina, you got B+, but your answer is like mine but a bit incorrect, how does this happened?"

I protested towards Irina, she just shrugged and gives me the 'I don't know' look. She knows my struggle, I am a foreign student, my mom is not exactly poor nor rich. We are from Canada, my mom stayed there while I get a study abroad to America. I am still studying for 2 more years then I will be returning back to Canada.
