As soon as we came to this convention, while no one was watching, I managed to turn into Echo-Echo and created one clone.
The clone turned into a Chamalien and, becoming invisible, hid somewhere here.
He will help people and if the girls get into trouble, he will save them and defeat Hex.
After that, I started to constantly use x-ray vision and check the area. Even when talking to Gwen.
I wanted to be ready for Hex's arrival. Also, I was wondering what Hope would do when they arrived. Will she go with Hex inside? Or stay outside? It turned out the second.
Hex himself, I noticed a minute before he broke through the window in the ceiling of the room.

Hope took advantage of this smoke screen. She also jumped off the door, but instead of getting inside, she landed on the roof and began to observe what was happening inside the room.

To further scare the people who were already running away with screaming, Hex destroyed several stalls with his magic beams.

Hex has two leather bracers. And in one of them, to be precise in the left one, there is a hiding place.
Last time, I didn't take off his bracers, so I didn't find that stash. But now, I have supervision and I can see everything.
Before attacking Hex, I quietly said to the girls:
- I need his bracer. When it is in my hands, it is completely yours.
The girls only nodded, confirming that they understood me and would act as I said.
I wanted to do it quickly and without a full fight, so while Hex was looking for the Keystone, I was able to sneak up on him from behind.
After creating the Iron Man glove construct, I fired my repulsor at Hex in the back.

I became human again and just created a big blue shield that protected me from Hex's attack.

The girls were finally ready. Hex, who was still attacking me, was hit by lightning and flew back a few meters again. It even got a little on fire.
Since the girls are fighting, I can leave everything to them and finally meet Hope. The clone, if anything, will help the girls, so I don't have to worry.

Finally coming to her senses, Hope lifted her head and finally looked at me.
And then it happened.
As soon as we looked into each other's eyes, my magic just flared up and raged all over my body.
The same thing happened to Hope, judging by the haze of pink mana that was coming out of her body. My body was also emitting haze, but it was blue in color.

The medallion itself was small. The size of a coin. It was red, I would even say bloody. And again, it had a lot of runes on it. True to others, but to me, it means practically nothing.
Until recently, I would not have known what to do with the medallion, because I do not know how to properly destroy such things. Still, it can be really dangerous and will only make things worse.
But now, I have what I need.
Taking out my new dagger, I activated it with my Mana and tossed the locket up, and then, in one swift motion, I cut the locket in half exactly.
The dagger that can cut through everything magical has shown itself just fine. It's good that I took it.
A wave of red magical energy emerged from the cut locket. When the wave touched Hope, she was engulfed with energy and the sound of breaking glass thundered.
Hope closed her eyes for a moment, then the haze of magic around her intensified.
- I'm free. Thank you. - Hope said with a bright smile and tears in her eyes.
Apparently, she was no longer going to endure the excitement. Running up to me, Hope jumped into my arms and kissed me on the lips.
