67 66. Jaeger

July 10, 2010.

I woke up because I felt my clones dispersed.

'HM. Something happened? Need to check.' - I thought as I opened my eyes.

Getting out of bed, I did my morning routine and put on clean clothes. I did all this as quietly as possible so as not to wake my family.

After completing all my morning chores, I finally looked at the time. It was still only 4 am. Somehow too early.

I seem to have slept well, but I still don't really want to do serious things.

If something really serious happened on Mars, Morgana would warn me.

So I can afford an hour of quiet breakfast. So after getting off the bus, I activated the Tattoo of Infinity and started looking for a place where I could buy breakfast.

Another very handy feature of this Map is that I can look at the rear ones as if standing in front of them. And this means that I can see the opening hours and find out if the institution is open.

It also shows me the local time. Still, it cannot be the same time everywhere, not to mention another planet, if two hours from my current location, there is already a different time zone and a different hour.

I found a good place in New York. It is now, just, already eight in the morning and the main eateries have opened.

After teleporting, with the help of a new tattoo, to the alley near the selected cafe, I went inside and bought freshly brewed coffee and a freshly baked meat pie.

I don't really like coffee in general, but if it's done right and more sugar is added, then you can drink it. Their tea, unfortunately, was not very good. Better coffee.

Entering the alley again, I created a layer of magic around my body, turned into the Two-Tails, and teleported to the moon.

I have never been here, but when we had an excursion on the 'Merlin', I noticed one place where there would be a gorgeous view of the Earth.

Once on the moon, I wanted to create a large dome around where I am to protect myself from the vacuum, but stopped.

In general, I wanted to turn into Andromed and sit quietly, drink coffee and eat a pie. Andromed, it seems, can easily be in space. Well, at least that's what the Aggregor did. And the dome was needed to protect my breakfast from the vacuum.

But suddenly, I found that I was not cold at all and I could breathe calmly.

To check whether it seemed to me, I just stood and breathed for another five minutes. And everything was in perfect order.

Even after I removed my protective mana layer.

To finally make sure of everything, I turned into a man. And again, everything was fine.

I could breathe and there was a comfortable temperature around me. The only remark was that it was very quiet and there was no wind. But it's the Moon, that's how it should be.

I think I can guess where it came from.

Looking at my Tattoo of Infinity, I saw that it was glowing bright red. I think I've discovered the fourth function of the Map of Infinity.

Earlier, I noticed that when each of the functions is activated, the Tattoo lights up in different colours. Whereas, in normal times, it shimmers in different colours, although this is not very bright. It's hardly even visible.

When I use the Map, the tattoo lights up blue. When I teleport, it lights up white. And when I replenish the energy storage with Mana, the tattoo glows purple.

Apparently, when she protects me from the vacuum, she burns red. Although perhaps this feature not only protects me from vacuum, but also from other extreme conditions. But this is not exactly clear yet, it will be necessary to find out later.

Well, it's just more convenient for me, I can no longer worry about such an insignificant detail as surviving in space. Death from this, I no longer threaten.

When I finally put aside unnecessary thoughts, I created a comfortable chair from my Mana and sat down in it.

To be honest, I thought it would be hard and uncomfortable. But no. Everything is just the opposite.

The chair turned out soft, just like a real one. I didn't think my magic constructs were that good. Well, I'm better off.

Sitting comfortably in my chair, I took out a pie and coffee, after which I began my breakfast on the moon.

The view of the Earth was beautiful. The chair is comfortable. I even liked the coffee. And the pie was just an amalgamation.

In general, life is wonderful.

Well, I should have taken the girls with me, but any man needs personal time. Such a breakfast on the moon is my rest from everything that happens to me.

That's when you need to use your superpowers.

I don't understand those who never use their powers for themselves. These are your powers and you can do whatever you want with them.

Of course being a superhero and saving people is good, but you also need to be able to relax.

I'm pretty sure that the same Superman never sat on the moon drinking coffee and enjoying the view. It's not heroic after all.

Cretin.

Bonfires about all sorts of heroes, I sat and drank coffee, looking at the Earth. Sometimes he even used his supervision and spied on beautiful ladies.

Again. Life is good.

An hour later, I finished my coffee and ate the whole pie. So I got up, scattered my chair and turned into the Two-Tails and teleported to Mars.

There, I was met with a surprise. My clones have already finished dismantling the entire ship. Fully.

That's what happens when a Juryrigg joins the work. It was really fast.

Well, since I only had to transfer all the materials to the Cave, I did not postpone this matter and began a series of teleportations.

My strength ran out after an hour and a half. There is practically no mana left, and I transferred only 80% of all materials.

Actually, this is a good reason to use my new Mana storage.

Starting to replenish my strength with the previously abandoned Mana, I participated as if I had been born again. This was great.

And most importantly, there is still just a huge amount of Mana left in the storage, despite the fact that I have been using the Tattoo for only a few days.

After a couple of minutes, I was already full of energy. It was fast. Also, the reserve has increased slightly. Just a few percent, but that's something. So my idea works.

Using my renewed strength, I began a new series of teleportations.

Finished with all the materials, I'm already in 20 minutes. And even the strength is still there.

Now it remains to decide what to do with all these robots. To leave them here, the toad will suffocate me, along with the hamster. But if Samurai-Robots are still useful to me, then I definitely don't need Gladiator-Robots.

The only thing that comes to my mind is to turn into a Juryrigg and use his abilities to create something new from these robots. In general, this is what I will do.

Transformed into a Juryrigg, I went to take 3,000 gladiator robots to pieces.

Since this is the case, I will describe the Juryrigg himself and his powers.

Juryrigg is a small red alien that looks a lot like a goblin. He is small, only the size of a human child.

It has a long tail, with an arrow at the tip. His ears are pointed and even larger than those of elves. The nose is big and long.

His hands are obviously longer than they should be and have only four fingers. The legs, which are a bit short, have only three toes on each. The eyes are dark blue, with a black animal pupil.

Juryrigg is dressed in a black and blue outfit that is very similar to the pilot's suit. A hat is put on his head, again like a pilot's, and there are goggles to protect his eyes from welding. And he has a small scarf tied around his neck. The Omnitrix symbol is located on the chest.

By the way, Juryrigg is one of those aliens that is able to influence the carrier of the Omnitrix.

It changes the character of the wearer, making it more harmful, mischievous and restless. Also, the Juryrigg has a huge traction, constantly destroying and disassembling everything.

But, just like with Rath, due to my overwhelming intelligence, I am not affected by the Juryrigg personality and can completely control myself.

Juryrigg's most important ability is his ability to disassemble and assemble technology. In fact, Juryrigg is the perfect mechanic, engineer and inventor.

In this image, I was able to take apart 3,000 thousand robots in just 5 minutes.

After that, using the received materials, I created a sixty-meter robot in just an hour.

In fact, I got a Gundam. Although he looked more like the Jaeger from Pacific Rim, only prettier and newer. And my Jaeger doesn't have a giant nuclear reactor in his chest.

Actually, at the moment, I do not have a good core and power supply for the Jaeger, but I think that in the future, when I disassemble the 'Merlin', its core will be perfect for this robot.

For now, it's just a giant robot that can't even move.

But when everything is ready, it will be an excellent combat Gundam. And one person can manage it.

Only, I don't know why I did it. In fact, I don't even need it.

Apparently I succumbed to my boyish soul. What boy doesn't want a giant robot? That's right, none. It's a dream.

Not wanting to leave the robot here, once again using the Juryrigg's power, I dismantled the Jaeger into several parts so that it could be conveniently carried and then quickly reassembled.

Having done this, I teleported it to my hangar in pieces that fit into my inventory.

When the entire Jaeger was in place, I became the Juryrigg again and fully assembled it again, and left it lying on the floor of the hangar.

With Samurai-Robots, I acted differently. Having completely freed up space in my inventory, I returned to Mars, where I put the robots in my spatial storage.

Fifty robots fit inside at once, therefore, in ten teleportations, I transferred them all. For now, I've left them in stock.

Then, I returned to Mars again and, turning into the Sandman, I destroyed the dome of sand. Shouldn't leave him.

Returning to the base once again, I took all my things, after which I teleported to my family.
