8:00 in the morning. It was another day and the class has started. Some were late and are rushing to their classes, afraid to recieve a punishment. Others who are early are animatedly chatting in their respective classrooms.

One of those unlucky student who is late is Elijah. His uniform is messy as usual. Unlike others who were able to escape, Elijah got caught by Feoder.

Feoder is a strict teacher. Everyone hated him and Elijah is just another student who just despise him. He's bulky and tall who teaches physics and P.E. Those two subjects are what exactly Elijah hates and what makes him dislike Feoder more.

"I see you're late again." Feoder said. There was a slight mocking tone in his voice.

Elijah wasn't afraid, rather he was amused. Of all the teachers he met, Feoder is the only one who openly displays his disgust on him. Unlike the other teachers, Feoder doesn't favor him much and would rather torment him. They hated each other but they seemed like they would become brothers. Elijah, of course, would rather get tormented than become friends with him.

"You're still hot tempered as ever." Elijah replied mockingly as well.

Feoder ignored his remarks. "5 laps." He said.

He never really cared at Elijah. He hated rich people. To him, Elijah is just a huge trash. A person who just causes trouble anywhere and anytime.

Just as they were about to start. Something unexpected just happened. Alexa came rushing and out of breathe. She was about to run past Feoder but Feoder was quick to stop her.

"Where do you think you're going?" Feoder asked.

"I'll take my punishment later, I can't run today." Alexa said.

Feoder chuckled. Students are indeed getting bolder. They needed to be desciplined. He looked at Alexa with a little mischief. She indeed needed to be desciplined before she turned worse.

"If you got 2 legs then you can run. Run 5 laps." Feoder said.

Alexa's brows met. She was anxious. She can't run because she has stomach cramps. Her menstruation just started and she is clearly not in the mood. The pain was already unbearable, if she run it will be doubled.

"I seriously can't run now!" Alexa insisted but Feoder only saw it as a rebellious act.

"I don't think that legs of yours are decorations. It seems to be functioning now. You were rushing earlier. If you can still complain, why not just run now? Unless you want me to double it." Feoder threatened.

Alexa cursed in her mind. 'Men are indeed stupid and barbaric.'

Alexa would rather endure 5 laps than suffer and bleed after 10 laps. She dropped her bag on the ground preparing herself to run. Elijah, who has been watching the entire time, spoke and rendered them speechless.

"I'll take her punishment instead. She doesn't look well." Elijah said.

Feoder's lips thinned. He wasn't brutal. He just wanted to displine Alexa and feel respected. He hated how Elijah is acting as a righteous guy. For him, Elijah has been a reckless bastard who did nothing but flaunt his money. He hated him. And then, an idea come up to his mind. If he wants to be righteous, then why not?

"You want to take her punishment? Sure, 15 laps." Feoder said with a mocking smirk.

Alexa's eyes widened in surprise. Their field wasn't small. It's nearly 1km track. Their school is a private and prestigious one. Having a huge track is needed for sports feast. Even ace players are having a hard time finishing 5 laps, how much more for 15 laps? Wouldn't he die of exhaustion then?

"Sir Feoder, isn't that too much? He doesn't need to take my punishment. I was about to run anyway." Alexa said. Her voice turned softer and more respectful than before.

Elijah scoffed. 'Now she's acting cute, she wasn't even afraid before...'

Feoder chuckled. He wasn't going easy to Elijah. He needed to teach him a lesson.

"That's Elijah's decision, not your's. You may go to your class. Elijah will stay." Feoder dismissively said.

Alexa glanced at Elijah. She clicked her tounge in annoyance. It's not like they know each other. She never cared for anyone as well. Also, she never asked for his help.

Why is he acting like this? Why would he help her when she never asked for help? If this was because of his necklace, he coud've just said 'thank you'. Not endanger his self.

Alexa was reluctant. She couldn't even read what was on Elijah's mind. Elijah was just looking at her indifferently. No sign of 'kindness' or 'coldness'. At the end, she left confused and slightly guilty.

When Alexa left. Elijah couldn't help it but curse under his breathe. "F*cker..."

Feoder heard it but he was only amused. He knows that Eli can't finish the track. Even if he did, he wouldn't survive. And so, he wanted to take advantage of it.

"If you can't finish it, just clean the toilets." Feoder said.

Elijah just chuckled. "I can finish it. You never said I'd have to run anyway." He said.

Instead of running, Elijah took his time walking. 15 laps will surely take whole day. The one who will give up will not be him. He'll make sure Feoder gets fed up of him. Sure enough, Feoder's mood dropped quickly. Elijah just know how to anger him. Because of that, they indeed took the whole morning on the field.

5:00 o'clock came fast.

The sky turned pink and purple. shadows overstretched. Footsteps filled the road. it was already time to go home. Students rushed to head home. Alexa remained seated on one of the bench of the school.

She was holding a soda on one of her hands. Her Amber eyes searched the crowd. When she saw a familiar figure, she quickly aproached him.

Elijah has been tired. He just spent his whole day with Feoder. It sounds weird enough and he just wants to head home.

Feoder thought Elijah was being disrespectful to him and so made him clean toilets the whole noon. He could just ditch Feoder, but he chose not to. There's no way he's going to ask help from his father.

Elijah stretched his back and yawned. He's definitely gonna ditch classes for a few days. No way he'd let Feoder play with him. Elijah was already enjoying his walk when someone handed him a soda. He glanced from who it was and was surprised to see Alexa.

"I never asked for your help earlier. You shouldn't do that again." Alexa said.

Elijah chuckled. "So you can do whatever you want, but I can't? that's not quite fair don't you think?"

Alexa just sighed. "And you enjoy tormenting yourself? Go on, then." She said and walked ahead.

"I didn't do it for you. I was just messing up with Feoder." Elijah said before Alexa could walk further away.

Alexa just rolled her eyes. What a lame excuse to deny his actions.
