More than five days have passed since the incidents with Ultron at the United Nations and the attack on Genosha.

Fortunately, there were no casualties although there were wounded, it was easy to treat with them without leaving sequels.

Well, that's the case in Genosha though, since it all happened on the beach and in another dimension.

As for New York, due to Ultron's attack, they were still restoring the place.

Regarding United Nations affairs, a meeting could not be held again for a while, so the only thing they asked for was the proposals that they were going to present that day and they will analyze it, and then they will give an answer.

The only one annoyed by this form of presentation was Riri, since the girl wanted to see the surprise on those people's faces when they saw her great ideas.

Another surprise that made Alex happy was that Jean had gotten pregnant.

It was weird, and you could say it was luck since it was very difficult for that to happen on the first night, but hey, they did it several times, so that should count.

Thanks to the tracker that Riri placed to the Deviants' escape ship, they managed to find their country.

After figuring out the situation there, they learned that not all Deviants were aware of the attack on Genosha and that they were helping Kang.

That is why Alex decided not to attack Lemuria and would just keep them on his radar.

As for the location of Ultron, Selene and Amora, Alex was helpless as they were very good at hiding.

About Kang, Alex knew that this guy must be hiding in another reality or universe and won't show up until he thinks it's safe.

But since he couldn't track him down, he would just wait and once he showed up, this time he would kill him to avoid future problems.

But that aside, there was a little firebird that had been giving Alex trouble every night.

It was the Phoenix.

Because of her connection to Jean, she knew of their physical relationship that night and because of that alone had become more active in getting into his sheets.

Helpless, Alex «sacrificed» his body for the greater good, giving happiness to that restless bird.

But to her frustration, she didn't get pregnant and kept bothering him.

Although that annoyed the other girls a bit, and after a good conversation, she had already calmed down.

Well, putting that aside too, there was a girl who visited him at night, ever since they met in an interesting situation when he went to New York for the United Nations meeting.

It was Galacta.

Every time she sneaked in, she always had a sheepish look on her face, saying she needed energy.

Alex found her very cute and did not refuse.

She had already paid him two visits and he knew she would come tonight too, and Alex just smiled thinking of her expression.

Alex was relaxing in his personal room.

But of course, he was not alone.

Galacta was hugging him while feeding on his life energy.

After going through that the last few days, Alex had gotten used to it.

Just feeling the small hot sigh that Galacta let out on his neck, made Alex hug her soft and delicate waist, drawing her towards him.

Galacta let out a melodious little moan at Alex's actions, but didn't stop his advance and continued to absorb the energy.

A few minutes later, Galacta finished devouring his energy and leaned gently against Alex's chest, pleased with the energy.

Alex just smiled as he gently stroked her long hair.

Galacta looked at him and also smiled at him, after all, ever since she met that shameless guy, her daily life had become more stable.

She was no longer worried about whether she could satiate her hunger since Alex was enough for that.

In addition to eliminating that parasite within her, although she felt a little guilty for ending it, she did not want the same fate as her father.

"Is something wrong?" Alex asked her, seeing her deep in thought.

"Nothing, just remembering something from the past" Galacta answered while she shook her head.

"Thinking about your father?" Alex asked curious.

Galacta tenses for a few seconds before relaxing from Alex's caresses.

"I'm sorry if my question bothered you" Alex said with a wry smile on his face.

"It's fine, I just don't like to talk about that man much" Galacta said, not bothered by Alex's words.

"Hahaha, but your father sure is very talkative when you challenge his arrogance" Alex said as he let out a laugh and remembered when they fought.

Galacta rolls her eyes at his words.

"But it is surprising that you have beaten him. I suppose that must have hurt his pride, that a mortal despises him, that will haunt him forever" Galacta said while mercilessly mocking his father.

Although she was also surprised to learn that Alex had forced him to back down.

After all, she didn't look into it too much since she was afraid her father would notice her.

But now she no longer worried if he found her, rather she wants him to find her and see what face he will make when he sees his daughter with the man who beat him.

Just thinking about that brought a smile to Galacta's face.

Alex looked at her strangely, because by the smile on her face, he knew she was thinking of something bad, but he didn't ask and kept hugging her.

Their relationship could hardly be called close, but with time that would improve as they would have plenty of time for it.

Galacta stayed talking with Alex until late at night and then left without drawing much attention.
