[ALANOR]
"You should put me on prisoner kitchen duty my love," Alanor said as he assessed the wound that had started healing on Unar.
The young king had told him that he had prepared the food and Alanor hadn't once hesitated to portal into the king's chambers and then take the king out to the podium, along with his terrible food.
It was the only reminder that even though they were in a complicated situation, they could still see each other even then.
Of course, Unar had been too shocked to even say a word, but by the time he had caught his breath, they were at the podium, with Alanor camouflaging them and hiding them away from the plain eyes.
"I will, eventually. But for now, you are a bad prisoner. Breaking out in plain sight like that?" Unar said, his tone almost coming off as a scolding to hide the excitement he was feeling by just being here with his mate.
