Take It Slow

Aila's ears ringed with what Lia said, but she will never back down from bullies like her. Especially to the one like her who is doing the dirty deeds behind the scenes.

"Guess what Lia, Marcus and I have a special bond too, that I doubt he will ever do with you."

Aila smirked and looked at Lia from head to foot as she left the washroom. Aila went directly to her room upstairs; she wanted to disappear for a moment.

She stood by the window looking at the people having fun below. Marcus was not there; she took a deep sigh, trying her best not to imagine Lia offering herself to Marcus again.

She turns around to check the closet once again, looking for something nice to wear she scans the wardrobe Marcus made for her.

She saw a nice off-shoulder shirt, like the ones she used to wear back in college. She smiled, thinking of the fun memories she had.
