The Unexpected [Part 2]

In the previous chapter, we saw Kai and Venus going to the system analyzer. As they were going to the analyzer, Kai saw a familiar face, and Kai ran up to him and asked if it was his.

"Is that you, William?"

The guy is shocked and asks how he knew his reincarnated name.

"How did you know my name and who are you?" "Did we meet before or something?"

And then Kai responds with excitement to knowing that the guy was his dead close companion in his previous life, and then Kai revealed that he got reincarnated too.

"It's really you, William; it's me, Kai, your close friend."

And then William said back

"No, I don't believe you." My close friend is never going to die, and you don't even have proof that your Kai."

And Kai gave some proof that he is, in fact, Kai the Manslaga of the North, and where they came from, how they met, and how he died and reincarnated, but he still didn't know how he got reincarnated.

"I am Kai Hendrixson, my father is Virgil Hendrixson, and my mother is Amiri Hendrixson, and I am the 34th generation of Hendrixson, and our family is well known as assassins in the entire world of gibberish, and we met when we were 7 years old. We both fight until both of us lie down on the floor, and we both become best friends, and then we both join the guild of our kingdom, but."

And then Venus interrupted their conversation.

"Sir Kai, why did you just run and go to a random person, and who is this guy, Sir Kai?"

Kai then responded to Venus.

"Venus, Meet William, my close companion, or should I say my best friend? "He got reincarnated too, like me, and the difference is that he's a knight, not an assassin."

Venus then introduced herself to William.

"Hello, It's nice to know you, Sir William. I am Venus, Sir Kai's personal guide, and I see that both of you really know each other.

"But sorry to interrupt; both of us really need to go before Sir Kai gets penalized, so I am sorry to excuse us."

and William responded back with a smile.

"No problem, it's fine. If you want, I can accompany you guys to the other area of the lobby later."

Kai responded back.

"Sure, William, we would love that. Teach me where and how this system in here works."

"How about for you, Venus? Is it alright for you to accompany William?"

And Venus responded with a jealous tone.

"Anything you want, Sir Kai; I'm just your personal guide, and I don't have any regard for who you want to be with, Sir Kai."

Kai responded with a happy tone.

"That's great, then we should go, then Venus, see you later, William, let's just meet later in here and take care too."

And then both of them say their goodbyes to each other, and in the mean time, Venus is still quite jealous because Kai might not need her anymore and just go with his company.

William then said to Kai and Venus his goodbye.

"See you later, Sir Kai." And, Venus, please do take care of my friend."

"I'd be seeing you later then, and I should be going to the guild area because I need to pay my debt to my clan."

Both Venus and Kai continue to go into the system analyzer. And as they were walking, Venus asked why both of them were so close even though they fought and were always competing, and Kai smirked and said.

"When we are still kids, we always do some stupid things, and we always compete for not understanding, and later we end up tired and become friends again."

"But one day, when we decide to go into the forest, while we are walking in the forest, we encounter a rabbit, and William and I decide to hunt it and cook it to eat. But then, when we were about to hunt, a bear suddenly appeared, and we tried to escape, but William ended up tripping on a dead branch. The bear was about to attack William, but then someone appeared and slashed the head of the bear, and a warrior appeared and helped William get up, and then said, "Both of you, are you all right? "Did you guys get hurt?" and William and I said, "We are fine, sir, and thank you for saving us."

Venus then asked what happened next, and Kai responded, but got interrupted when a warning suddenly appeared.

"The next that happened is . . . . .."
