AGK: The Fanfiction's Extra

If there is a Novel's Extra, why can't there be a Fanfiction's extra? ======= A boy named Sirius came from humble origins and fell to a boy who lost everything. He was reading his favorite fanfiction with a couple of plot twists based in the world of Akame Ga Kill. Being chased by a gang he offended, he got hit by a drunk truck driver and got sent into a new world which just happened to be the fanfiction he read, but the biggest twist was... It was not the normal Akame Ga Kill, but one that has more empires, more enemies, more allies, and mysterious foes, and lastly... "I need to avoid Esdeath!" Follow Sirius in the new world of old and new characters that turn out to be even more dangerous than the original and watch him grow as a person that has to survive in this world. ====== The cover is not mine, but the title is. There is a ton of OCs so be warned. This world is in the world of Akame Ga Kill. I focus more on the character development of my MC and the other characters as well as try to further improve my own writing to become a better author. Enjoy!

Karma

Sirius nodded his head and exited the house and went to the forest, "Ah haha. Damn." Sirius sat down on a tree log and put his hand on his heart.

"It hurts."

Rare tears start to fall out of Sirius's eyes. Tears that haven't come out since around the time his mother passed away.

Despite only knowing them for about a month, it did not lessen the pain Sirius currently felt. Sirius has never met his grandparents, but he knows that if he did, it would be something like the way he felt around Rose and Jeff.

Family

A word that started to become unfamiliar after his mother died and then the familiarity started to return when he was around Rose and Jeff.

Maybe they weren't his blood-related grandparents but did that matter? No, they treated Sirius as their grandchild and Sirius treated them as their grandparents.

All of the sudden, a warm feeling enveloped Sirius like a mother's hug.

"You..." Sirius was surprised to see the blue thread of energy here and comforted him but didn't say anything else or do anything. He just lied down and stared at the clear, blue sky, while the blue thread of energy circled around Sirius.

He eventually closed his eyes and then fell asleep.

A couple of hours later, Sirius woke up and it was now the afternoon. Sirius got up and saw that the blue thread of energy was no longer there and decided to return back 'home'.

Entering the house and looking for Rose and Jeff, he found them at the dinner table with their hands together.

"Hey." He greeted them and they just said one thing,

"Sit."

'Why do I feel like I'm in trouble?'

Rose then spoke in a gentle voice, "Sirius, you don't have a surname, do you?

"...No" After thinking a bit, he decided to not care about the last name White since it was his father's.

"Then," Rose twiddled her fingers a bit in nervousness, "W-would you like to have our surname?"

'Although it was quite obvious what they were going to ask me with that question, I was still surprised since this is basically adoption.'

Jeff then spoke up, "We always thought of you as our grandson, despite you only knowing us for about a month, we took care of you for over a year, so it is different for us,"

"So that is why we would like you to have our last name." Jeff finished what he was saying.

Rose then spoke, "We would like you to have our last name, Karma"

"Oh wow." Sirius let out a breath.

Rose thought that I was going to decline and started to get nervous. "I-it's okay if you don't want to, I mean---."

"Haha, no—I mean yes. I think it would be perfect if I took your last name." A smile appeared on Sirius's face. 'It's just a last name so it should be no big deal for me to take theirs.'

"Really?" Rose let out an excited voice.

Jeff laughed loudly in enjoyment. "Welcome to the family, Sirius Karma." Jeff gave Sirius a huge hug that almost broke all of his bones and it didn't help that Rose also joined in and gave him a fierce hug.

"Though since now I am your grandfather, I get seniority over tonight's "Rose Scaled Fish"."

"Nuh-uh. The youngest get the privilege of getting the first serving." Sirius retorted.

"Seniority over youngest." Jeff fought back.

"Nuh-uh."

Rose just watched this sight with immense joy but then with sadness. 'Boys will be boys.'

The day passed and now it was time for departure.

"Bye guys. I'll come back in the future." Sirius said with a smile.

"Bring a girl over the next time you do, maybe I will become a great grandpa when you come back." Jeff laughed loudly with a proud voice.

"Always be safe, okay?" Rose hugged Sirius.

Sirius then left with the utilities needed to survive the road to the Colifin Empire,

'I guess now is when I really start my journey. I need to figure out a way to survive, no, I need to find a way for this whole world to survive. I am not a fool big enough to think that I won't find more people that I care about.

'If I can't save the world then I just need to find a way to survive along with all the people I will eventually care about. Sigh, life would be so much easier if I didn't care at all.'

'I am not selfless, rather I am quite selfish, especially after the way I used to live but I need to find a way to survive first, then I will worry about the others.'

After finally exiting the town, Sirius opened the map Jeff gave him. A pathway without running into any Danger Beast.

'I need to get one of the Teigu that is currently hiding away in the Colifin Empire. It is actually perfect for me since it is a Teigu that enhances your talent in all fields.'

'It is something I need to at least get higher standings in order for me to get more information on this world that the fanfiction never covered and to recover on my knowledge on this world since I can't remember every single detail, just some key components.'

"Oh!" A realization hit Sirius's mind, 'I also need to figure out how to ride a horse. It sucks because there was no carriage or anything that could bring me to the capital.'

Setting foot on the path that would start his way toward the capital, Sirius's face turned to the indifferent one he had in his previous life, and he quickly regained his cautious, indifferent, money-grubbing, and survival habits that he forgot when he was with Rose and Jeff.

A sigh escaped Sirius's mouth, 'I guess it's time for me to go back to surviving and figuring a way to prevent the entire world from ending.

The journey that Sirius is taking won't be the one he expects, in fact, almost nothing in this world would be what he expects. This world, no matter the empire or location, is survival of the fittest.

Let's see if Sirius would survive this world and hope he doesn't lose himself, either physically or mentally.
