Traces Part II
“Dani, it’s been a while already.”
However, ten minutes passed and nothing happened. Everyone had been watching the lightning wolf use its power to find some clues, yet what appeared was nothing but sparking electricity. Christina was the one who started talking, with an implication that they were wasting their time.
“Wait.”
But at the same moment, Dani held up his hand. Looked like Forkie had detected something.
“Found something, boy?” Dani asked as his wolf looked in one direction. “If you see something, let us know too.”
At the order, Forkie absorbed all of the magic particles into its body. Electric currents that concentrated within the wolf changed its color to light orange, and in the blink of an eye, it let out another wave of magic. However, this time, they formed a trail that pointed upward to the sky in the east.
“There!” Dani grinned wide.
“What’s that?” Christina asked.
