Long Vacation Part I

“A vacation?” said Joker with a surprised tone.

Earlier, he was called into the president's room to have a one-on-one chat. It was not something unusual, since he was the “team’s captain”, there were many occasions for him to discuss work plans with the team’s owner.

However, today was a little strange. The old geezer, Cheewin, appeared in a shirt and shorts. It was not something one would expect to see a company’s director in.

“That’s right. I want you to take a break. According to the reports, you’ve never really had days off in the past year, right? Plus, you’ve also been preparing for the tournament in the past four months. Just take a break for a month then come back to work after.”

“Ah. It’s fine, actually,” Joke instantly refused, causing the president to raise his eyebrow.

The president was sitting behind his office desk, on which was a cup of spicy ginger tea. That beverage was obviously to help him with his hangover after a night of hard partying.
