Dani said, surprised, causing Joke and Rin to also turn to where the voice came from until they saw four men standing there. Based on the clothes they wore, it was clear that they were not novices like the others on this island. In addition, the person standing at the very front had a facial expression that looked rather annoying—which Joke seriously disliked based on the first impression of him—especially with that sneer that he was directing straight towards this way.
"We haven't seen each other in such a long time. I thought you would never enter the town like other summoners."
After saying that, the man strode towards Dani. Judging from his tone, it clearly was filled with hostility even though he was still smiling.
“I have to ask the same thing. What is a silver-rank like you doing on the starting island?”
Dani asked. His tone of voice was flatter than usual. His face was neither smiling nor frowning.
