A Visiting Guest 2 Part I
“G’morning Ma’am.”
The exhausted greeting came from none other than Rin, who seemed to enter the Butterfly shop looking more worn out than usual. Madame Fon narrowed her eyes at that sight. Today, the beautiful owner of the shop had tied her hair into a top bun due to the hot weather while wearing a white shirt, jeans, and the shop's apron.
“What’s wrong, Rin? How come you sound like that?”
The returned greeting came with a surprise. Rin had always been overflowing with cheerful energy. However, she was noticeably less lively than usual.
“Didn’t you hear the news yesterday?”
Rin asked. An intense look of exasperation was on her face. The older person had to think for a long while before she could finally recall it with an “Ah”.
“The news about Merlin and Black Wizard deciding to join TST?”
“It’s that one, obviously.” Rin’s eyes narrowed. “Wait. Why don’t you look surprised at all?”
