“Renea is going to London.” Janet said indifferently into the phone.
The caller, however, was not so calm.
“What did you just said? Renea is going to London? To do what?”
“Should be going to the the White family for New Year’s Eve.”
The person on the other end of the phone became even more nonchalant at that comment.
“You must do something! You have to stop Renea from going to London, do you hear me?”
“Why are you panicking so much? She is just going to London! It’s not a big deal!” Janet said unhurriedly.
“How could I not be panicking? If she goes back to London, do you think the White family let me go?”
“Even if she doesn’t go to London, Daron would not let you go! Do you think they won’t know about what you did? Don’t forgot how Kailey got into trouble and how Lillian divorced you!”
Janet’s reminder was like a sword sticking into Cario’s heart.
