Ran Ran Was In Lu Garden

Bai Qian entered the door and was led into the dining room by the butler. When she saw a little child sitting at the dining table with a bitter face, her eyes widened.

Ran Ran? Why was she here? Wasn't she supposed to be at home asleep?

When Bai Ran saw her, her face lit up immediately. She pointed at her and said, "I want to eat the cookies that she makes."

The butler immediately smiled and replied, "Yes, Young Lady."

He had actually addressed her as 'Young Lady'! Bai Qian immediately understood what the two of them had done behind her back.

She went to the kitchen with mixed feelings and made Bai Ran's favorite bear-shaped biscuits. After Bai Ran took a bite, she immediately said with a satisfied expression, "Delicious!"

The butler's face relaxed. The young lady was finally satisfied.

Then, Bai Ran jumped down from the stool and held Bai Qian's hand. "Auntie, let's go. I want to take a bath."

After the bathroom door in the children's room was closed, it was completely silent inside.

Bai Ran took off her clothes and stepped into the bathtub. She was a child who was obsessed with cleanliness. Today, she had dirtied her skirt by climbing the stairs. Thus, she had long wanted to take a bath.

After splashing into the water, Bai Ran called out to her, "Mommy."

With that, Bai Qian's heart softened. She squatted down and asked, "Ran Ran, did you meet him?"

"Yes. Mommy, Daddy treats me well. Don't be angry, okay?" Bai Ran shook her hand and said coquettishly.

How could she be angry with such an obedient daughter? Of course, she had other concerns.

She patted Bai Ran's small head and let her take a bath by herself. She went to the balcony and called Bai Xu. "Xu'er, did you arrange for Ran Ran to meet him?"

Bai Xu replied with an "Mmhmm". "Mommy, it's too hard for you if you're alone. Ran Ran will be there to help you."

"But in the future, what if he doesn't want to let Ran Ran come back with us? What do we do then?" Bai Qian was really too anxious. She actually asked a six-year-old child what to do.

"Mommy, you have to believe in me. After you complete the mission, I will steal Ran Ran back. I will not let him find out, okay?" Bai Xu's tone was serious as he assured Bai Qian.

Bai Qian let out a long breath, "Okay."

This was the only way. Now that they were acknowledged as father and daughter, there was no turning back. They could only take things one step at a time.

After Bai Qian hung up the phone, she returned to the bathroom.

Coincidentally, Bai Ran had finished washing up and was putting on her clothes obediently. When she saw that Bai Qian did not seem angry anymore, she hooked Bai Qian's finger and said, "Mommy, don't blame brother. I was the one who wanted to meet Daddy."

"No, Mommy isn't going to blame anyone." Bai Qian helped her straighten out the hem of her princess dress and smoothed out her hair. "Ran Ran, remember not to call me 'Mommy' in front of others in the future. You have to call me Auntie."

"Yes, Mommy." Bai Ran then reacted and changed the way she called her, "Auntie."

Bai Qian looked at Bai Ran and unknowingly laughed out loud.

In fact, upon closer inspection, Bai Ran looked exactly like Lu Rong. If they accidentally bumped into each other on the street, he might recognize her at a glance.

Compared to hiding secretly, there were benefits to recognizing each other as father and daughter now.

At least, Ran Ran could feel her father's warmth when she was by his side.

Hopefully, Lu Rong would not make Ran Ran sad.

Although he had already broken Bai Qian's heart and caused irreparable mistakes, Ran Ran was his biological daughter. He would probably not treat her the same way Bai Qian was treated.

As the young lady liked the biscuits made by Bai Qian, Bai Qian became Ran Ran's personal maid. She was responsible for Ran Ran's food, clothing, and handling any other matters concerning Ran Ran.

When the butler told her about this, it was as if he had given her an important task.

Bai Qian nodded solemnly. "I will definitely take good care of the young lady."
