Chapter 21: Negotiating the Sequel Rights of Saw

Kevin smiled and shook his head, saying, "Let's discuss it after the release of Saw. By then, I'll be able to focus on my new project."

Jeff Robinov nodded, not pushing further. With his relationship with CAA President, Ovitz, as long as Warner Bros. offers a suitable price, Kevin had no reason to choose another film company.

A series of insults poured out.

These were typical workplace scapegoating words. Before Kevin achieved success, the sequel rights to Saw were not worth mentioning. Dean's decision to let go of the sequel rights, even under the condition of only taking a share of the profits, was actually a normal decision. If it weren't for the unexpected huge success of Saw, Dean's actions would not have been an issue.
