<Answer: It is a crystal wall type universe Trillions of time bigger than masters previous universe filled with chaotic energy (or chaos). It has many Creation level civilizations.

Civilizations of this universe is roughly divided in 5 types

1. Non god level civilization: Civilization that hadn't reached god level. When found by a god level civilization they are usually destroyed, plundered, mad into slaves or believers.

2. God level civilization: They have certain standing in the universe and not at threat of being destroyed immediately after being found.

3. Creation level civilization: they had mastered the way to start a chain reaction to convert chaos into matter, it is usually fast at beginning but later slow down due to stability of chaos resulting in creating a small world which is later developed by them to develop believer civilization and get faith and more matter and energy. The world created also grow by absorbing the chaos.

Note: Faith is accessory for creator them what matters is strength of world stronger the world stronger their power. Only those who fail to create the world need to become faith god under one of the creator gods.

4. Believer civilization: Civilization created or plundered by god and believing in them.

5. Devour civilization : They devour matter(living, non living, Stronger ones even devour world) to become strong. The more they devour the more strong they become.

Notice: system hadn't found anyone with devour as strong as master's.

Master's soul really evolved against any probability to get such a strong skill.

The beings of that universe also become stronger by understanding and controlling laws of the world (they live in or created) or rules of chaos( only strong powerhouse in the world can do that).

The destroyed world gets converted back into chaos and returns back the energy to it making it a cycle.>
