Tears and Happiness
Note: Hello guys how are you all, I apologize for the massive delay was busy at the start but then, unfortunately, was in the hospital for shoulder surgery due to an accident so it took so long, but now it's fine n will complete the novel….
Ava was crying laying on her bed. Her phone started ringing and it was Aaron again. He was calling her continuously. Ava just turned her phone upside down and closed her eyes.
Aaron was walking nervously in his cabin as Ava wasn't receiving his calls. Suddenly, he remembered that his secretary is a good friend of Tacy; Ava's secretary. So he called her and asked her to contact Tacy and get details.
Secretary nodded and left. She called Tacy.
"Hey Tacy, how are you?"
"Hi I'm doing good, u say?" Tacy replied.
"I'm fine as well. So what's going on?"
"Umm, nothing just caught up with some work because of ma'am's engagement." Tacy said.
"Ma'am?"
"Yes, Ava ma'am's engagement….." Tacy replied.
"When and how??"
After that Tacy told everything to her as she knew that she (Aaron's secretary) will tell all this to Aaron and that's what she wants. Tacy wants Aaron to be with Ava as she understands Ava very well and knows that Ava's happiness is in Aaron, she understands that Ava has fallen deep for Aaron and whatever, Anyone is better than Chris…
After saying she thought hoped Aaron come and save Ava but she had doubts as she knew from files Aaron likes Maria, she just sighed and hoped Ava gets saved from the devil….
After ending the call, Aaron's secretary told everything to Aaron. Aaron got shocked as he knew how Chris treated Ava of him, that he ain't a good guy but doing it just to take revenge on Ava.
He asked, 'Are you sure she said engagement?'
The secretary nods assuring him that it's correct.
he thought So he can't let this happen. He thought of something, nodded to the secretary and left his office….
On the other hand
Maria picked Mishka and both of them went to the designer where Arthur took Maria earlier.
Both of them entered there and as Arthur already informed them, So the manager directly took them to the area where wedding dresses are. There he asked his staff to show them according to their interests.
"What kind of gown u want ma'am?" Staff asked Mishka.
Mishka looked towards Maria confusedly.
"Show some elegant wedding gowns…." Maria said.
"Any specific colour?" Staff asked again.
Maria asked Mishka and she said what Maria likes she will go for that. Then Maria said to show something in white, gold and caramel colour.
"What about you Maria? After all, you're my bridesmaid…." Mishka said.
"Don't worry, first let's finalize yours then we will go for mine." Maria said smiling.
They tried many and seeing they were not satisfied the designer said ' This will be the best for you mam and It's the best piece we have, take a look' saying she took them to a room where in the centre a beautiful gown was there.
It was an off-white bridal gown. The heavy golden thread work enhances its royalty. The gown is beautifully designed with a button-up neckline...which is skillfully embroidered with gold lacy threads. Golden pearls could be seen shining in the upper part of the dress. The full sleeves are made of white synthetic fabric, and to complete the sleeves gold laces are attached to both ends. Through the use of lacy threads, a broad waistline is created in the middle of the dress, differentiating and connecting the whole dress more spectacularly. The gown's fluffiness is enhanced by gold heavy lace and pearls that are arranged around it, enhancing its extravagant beauty.
"Go and try this one!!" Maria said excitedly.
When Mishka came after trying that gown, Maria said it was perfect and they finally selected that one for the wedding.
Maria too selected an elegant rose gold, A-line with a plunging neckline, fit and flare gown.
After shopping, they both decided to have dinner as it was a long and tiring day for them. So they went to a restaurant.

Olivia entered the ICU and saw Rachel. She was band-aid from several parts. Her leg was plastered because of a bone fracture. Olivia felt bad seeing her like that. She went near her and caressed her head. Feeling Olivia's touch Rachel opened her eyes.
"Aunt….." Rachel said in a low voice.
"How are you dear?" Olivia asked sweetly. Though she still didn't forgive her, she loved Rachel as her own daughter. Therefore, she can't see her laying on the bed in agony.
Rachel smiled weakly and said, "My aunt came now I'll be fine…"
"What did the doctor say?" Olivia asked.
"He said it was a minor operation, so I don’t need to be worried," Rachel replied.
"Yes, you will be fine soon. Did he say when you can go home?" Olivia asked.
"Well, I'm under observation at the moment. So, it might take some days….." Rachel replied.
"No need to hurry. You should take a rest." Olivia said.
"Aunt, I'm sorry for what I did. I have no words for how to apologize to you. See I got what I deserved." Rachel said sadly.
"You don't have to apologize. You realized that's enough. Just don't repeat your mistakes. And it's not the right time to talk about this." Olivia said, caressing her head.
Rachel smiled weakly.
After spending some time with Rachel, Olivia got up to leave…
"Okay dear I've got to go now, " Olivia said.
"Will you come again?" Rachel asked.
"Well, I'll try but I can't promise….."
"You take care of yourself. Your aunt will come soon to see you again. Take care, " Olivia again said with a smile and left.
Rachel sighed…..
She was disappointed, she thought Olivia might show some soft side but she knew Arthur won't allow it, that Maria took over him such that he ain't seeing anything else…
Once the pic comes in my hand I will ruin your reputation in front of the whole world Maria she thought…
