In Long's group,

Aaron was having a meeting with the executives and the door opened and Ava came and she also joined…

The executives were talking about the labour issues and the accommodation problems they are facing on the project site, as workers have to go from the city to the outskirts every day and return causing low productivity…

Aaron, hearing it was a bit confusing, said to build a temporary accommodation or find an affordable one there so that the up-down between places doesn't happen…

The executives said that it will be very expensive plus the project is for a long period and it is not possible…

Everyone was brainstorming and then Ava said ' So this is on the outskirts, but people are living there right, which are mostly hard labour only, so why don't we hire them?'

Hearing it all executives were stunned and then one said ' But they already are working and convincing them is hard as they are already opposing the project saying it will have a bad impact on them'

Ava said ' then we go and try and convince them'

All looked at each other and Ava said ' What do you say Aaron' she took his name she always wanted too…

Aaron looked at her and said ' Okay'

Saying the meeting was adjourned…

Aaron said ' You seriously think talking to them will solve it?'

Ava said ' We can try '

Saying they went down and got in the car and left for the town the project is going in…

The whole ride Ava kept talking and Aaron just heard and used to reply in one or two words…

Ava enjoyed the drive, for the first time she didn't just talk about the project but also casual random talks with him…

They finally arrived in the town and Both got down…

Ava looked around seeing kids playing, and women sitting and talking….

Ava smiled seeing the peace, Aaron looked at her who had a smile and was confused why so….

Ava then said ' You wait here, I will go talk with them' saying walked towards the woman who was talking…

They looked at Ava and Saron seeing them in expensive clothes and cars. They were a bit reserved…

Ava greeted them and said that she wanted to talk about the project they were building here and heard many changing faces and Ava understood that they have the wrong perspective over it…

Aaron standing there looked at Ava who sat with the woman and talked, he liked her simplicity, having no pride, easy to go…

Ava while talking looked at Aaron who was looking at her and she smiled….

After talking to them for a long time Ava returned and Aaron asked ' That was a long talk'

Ava smiled and said ' Ya they are kind and good people'

Aaron said ' Ya that's why creating so many problems for us'

Ava said ' Na, they just got wrong ideas about the project…

They think building a resort here will have a bad effect on their children.

Plus taking such huge land pieces think we are restricting them and slowly eradicate them as many left as we bought the lands.

And a few more small things and the local leaders enraged them into opposing'

Aaron heard it and looked at her and said ' I know you have thought something, tell me'

Ava asked ' How do you know?'

Aarons said ' The way you are smiling'

Ava chuckled and said ' Let's wait for some time let everyone gather and the men return so that we talk to them face to face'

Aaron sighed…

It was evening and everyone in the town gathered on the ground and Aaron and Ava stood looking at them…

An old man said 'I am the head, say us what you wanna say'

Before Ava could say, Aaron said ' The resort is being built and we don't want anyone to interfere in it '

Hearing it the people started shouting, seeing this Ava shook her head and held Aaron's hand and pulled him a bit back…

Aaron looked at her and she said ' What are you doing, let me handle them you just stand here silently'

Ava looked at them and said ' I apologize for his words, let me explain'

But the crowd was shouting but the woman who talked to her made them silent and they said you say, daughter…

Aaron was a shocked daughter? This girl is a magician…

Ava said ' I have heard about your reasons to oppose  but I will assure you that none of it is true, your living won't be affected but it will improve due to the resort people will come and your income will increase govt will a lot of funds for the betterment of the town your children will have better future'

The whole crowd was silent, listening to Ava carefully….

Ava continued ' We also have another proposal for you people, we have seen people going out of the town to do labour when you can do it here in your town itself'

Th4 old man asked ' What do you mean?'

Ava smiled and said ' For the project which will take a good amount of time we need labour and having you all living in the same town you just go to site work and come back to home it like better for you and for us too, we will have people who know about the soil here, how can we work so having your expertise we will be very efficient  if you all agree we can do contracts and hire you all and not only just the Project, I assure you to build good education institution better than you have now'

Hearing it everyone was shocked even Aaron was….

Everyone nodded and the woman who knew her name started cheering her name and after confirming their decision they left…

In the car,

Aaron was looking at Ava and seeing him look at her she asked ' You haven't seen me before?'

Aaron Said ' You always surprise me, how did you do it? We got labour at such an easy price'

Ava said ' Even they are human, they love their children, want to live a better life so picked up that point'

Aaron said ' So they were all talks?'

Ava shook her head and said ' No, I will make a good institution there and it will be from my side, it won't be from the project you don't have to worry'

Aaron was embarrassed hearing it he said ' No no, it's for the project we will do it together'

Ava just nodded, Aaron looked at her thinking something…
