Like you don't know...

Ava and Chris were about to exchange rings when two men entered one after another, people saw them and everyone turned their heads to see Ryan and behind him it was Aaron……

Seeing Ryan, both Chris and Ava's father went forward and welcome him and saying "It's a dream come true that Mr Ryan is present in our children's happiness"

They were excited to see him, as they thought they are having a good relationship with him and it will benefit them…

Ryan looks at them and passes a document to Ava's dad, and he looks at Ryan confusingly. Ryan tells him to read it…….

Chris was confused seeing them here and he senses some danger.

While Ava looked at Aaron, a smile bloomed on her face…..she wished that the time would stop and she could look at him like this always….

Aaron looks towards Chris and Ava. When his gaze lands on Ava seeing her he was stunned for a moment and thought she is looking gorgeous and realizing that she is already looking at him, he felt a strange feeling and moved his eyes….Seeing him do that Ava smiled…..

Meanwhile, Ava's father changed as he read the document and seeing it Chris's father asked what happened?

"It's a contract saying anything that stops or slows down the efficiency of the project will be ruled out and will have to pay the outstanding amount," Ava's dad said.

Hearing it Chris's father's face also changed and Chris got furious and said "We ain't doing anything to hurt the efficiency of the project, so we are not liable to it!!"

Even his father and Ava's father nod looking at Ryan…..

"Due to the engagement and all, the process has been slowed the past week and after the engagement, it will go down, so either postpone the engagement for at least a month till then the majority of the project will be done and u can do it or pay the 300 million dollar compensation and go ahead with the engagement!!!" Ryan said in a cold tone.

Hearing it, everyone was stunned but there were three people who were happy. 

One was Ava who wasn't showing anything on her face but from inside she was dancing thinking finally Aaron has saved her, maybe he is her destiny, not this Chris who is a living hell!!!

Others were Tacy and the housekeeper. They smiled in relief hearing it. They knew that was too huge an amount to be given as compensation and they didn't possess it right away….

"Everything is already done, just rings exchanging left and it's just a matter of a few hours!!! I ain't going to postpone my engagement!!!" Chris shouted. 

"Okay then pay the compensation amount…"Ryan looked at him and said firmly. Seeing Ryan's cold face, Chris's father made him shut….

"All the guests are here, kindly let us continue our engagement…." Ava's father requests Ryan. 

"Okay, pay me the money and go ahead. As it's an important project and seeing Ava's ambition and dedication, I had given her the project. Since you all don't respect my project and work, I won't give a damn about yours!!! So this is the only two options u have….." Ryan said in the same tone.

Hearing his warning, they were helpless.

Ava's dad and Chris's dad were confused but not Chris he looked at the changing expressions of Ava and he knew this bitch did something….

He said ' Dad he is doing it deliberate…' but before he could end his father held his arm and dragged him to the corner…

He said ' Don't be foolish don't you know who he is?'

Chris said ' He ain't anything '

His father almost bursting with anger said ' He has Marcello Arthur behind him who god knows how powerful he is, we ain't an ant for him, let the engagement go n wait for the project n we will directly do the wedding I promise'

Chris didn't want to listen, he hated losing, he wanted to crush Ava under his feet but she won….

He nodded and looked at Ava who was looking at Aaron he said ' Wait for me you bitch'...

 So with huge embarrassment and unwillingness, they announced the calling off of engagement and all guests were shocked but no one said anything and they left...

Ava was being taken away by Tacy and seeing her calm Chris was fuming with anger and he swore to destroy her again but was dragged away by his father thinking if he does something stupid he might face his wrath!

Ava while going up turned and secretly looked towards Aaron and smiled, her heart blooming with love for him, she was falling for him more and more…..

Seeing everything fished Ryan and Aaron also head towards the gate.

"I'm getting married this weekend. You are invited with Ava…" Ryan said as he was getting in his car.

"Why Ava??" Aaron asked confusedly.

"Like you don't know," Ryan said smiling and sat in the car, then left…

Aaron was confused; he turned and looked back, seeing no one. He shrugged his shoulders and sat in another car and left……

In-room,

Ava sat with a huge smile on her and Tacy looked at her smiling she felt happy for her and not wanting to disturb her she slowly closes the door and headed out….

Coming out she sees the housekeeper.

"How's ma'am??" He asked.

"She is happy…" Tacy said smiling and hearing it even he signs and prays for her happiness….

Housekeeper smiled and wished her to always be happy.

** Flash Back **

When Aaron heard about Ava's engagement, he remembered how Chris treated her. So, he gets up and goes to his car and drives towards Ryan….

Ryan was busy with his wedding preparation. When  Aaron reached there he was surprised to see the decorations.

Servants made Aaron sit in the drawing and told Ryan about his arrival. When Ryan enters, Aaron asks about the decorations and Ryan tells him about his wedding. Aaron congratulated him and he didn't tell him about the problem because of which he came to meet him as he didn't wanna make any issues for Ryan. After all, it's his wedding.

But Ryan sees his hesitation and asks him to speak up. Then Aaron told about Ava and Chris's engagement. He said he was not good for her and told him how Chris treated Ava before. 

"What can I do about that?" Ryan asked.

"Help me to break it or at least postpone it for some time." Aaron said. He was nervous. 

Ryan was silent, thinking and he remembered the day when he met Ava in the office for the project. That day, Ava placed a condition or you can say as a request that she can't get married or engaged until the project comes to an end.

That time he thought it was just some usual but now hearing everything, he admired Ava more, she thought about the future and made the request.

"I've got a way…." Ryan said standing.

"What's that??" Aaron asked excitedly. 

"Will tell you on the way. I've to go to the office to get some documents….let's go…" Ryan said and left. Aaron followed him.
