The alliance (his curiosity)

The Army of barbarians were celebrating their first victory the valley had atmosphere filled with joy. Nobody noticed the general missing yet.

The grains were distributed to the whole Menoran's lower caste. Aella made the happening of impossible absolutely possible

She could not understand whether it was the effect of poison that made her a little crazy or it was something else which made her flustered.

In centuries she never did any stupidity. She was despising the fact that human make mistakes and she did the same. She was worried not for the action she did but the blow she gave him on his head.

It made her even more frustrated. A warrior who has solution to every problem. A warrior that led the Army of strongest beings alone. A warrior who won 8000 wars against Dark Highness.

A warrior who never used any weapon but her bare hands to rip off the Enemies. She could not control the body of a 19 year old human it made her angry that she could not define what her emotions were, when she was close to that man ?

Her thoughts were interrupted by Neil who came with the piece of news that Aella wanted to hear "Commander our first attack made King's blood boil with anger. He is sending the Army of knights toward the valley. They will reach the valley in 3 days, if they don't use any magical portal which is obviously only Alga who can do it." He said smirking.

Aella nodded and said "The knights must be eager for their death. They have tortured the Innocents enough. Let them reach valley and then burn them. Send their ashes to the kingdom indicating their end."

Neil felt shiver down his spine. He saw his ruthless, cold Commander is back. Her heart beat increased, when she turned around the crowds celebrating their victory. It felt like her body lost her control.

She unknowingly clutched on to Arron's cloak which she still had on her. Her eyes eagerly searching for the figure that made her restless. Her veins of brain went numb when she again heard the same sweet honey voice, which she heard last night.

"Chief, I know that you are not going to forgive the black clan for what they did but trust me they are enchanted by some devil entity. I need your help to get rid of that evil entity only then we can bring black clan back to the senses. Please do not kill them."

She opened her eyes as soon as the voice stopped and she abruptly stopped Neil from spreading her previous command further, and ordered him to bring that guy to the valley.

Neil was confused but he went to the same place where he found her last night without any question.

Meanwhile he leaned over to the wall of his hideout and hissed in pain due to the blow of Aella and thought to himself. "I am curious Aella how can I link my thoughts with you ? Why did you kiss me when you hated me the most ? What is going on with you ? I am curious to know you and your change. I am curious to feel you again. This is the promise of Arron Black that this time he won't leave you at any cost."

He closed his eyes in the thoughts of previous night with the pretty smile on his face.

It was bright morning she sat on her usual spot dominating the whole tribe with her intense aura. Neil came with that same guy who was unknown and mysterious to her.

Her heart beat louder as her eyes held different emotions, which made the trio uneasy. They sensed what Aella did not realized yet but their main focus was the Army of knights right now which came toward them in 2 days.

Everyone knew him as the Earl of Blacks, who loved to travel a lot. They all were calm as they knew their Chief must have thought a lot before summoning her enemy here.

Arron locked his eyes with Aella and moved toward the crowd. He seriously addressed to the crowd. "I know that the Black Clan has made you suffer a lot and its time to revenge. They would be thousands in number and so would be you. The blood shed and massacre will not bring any change. We must captivate them with the strategy. We will trap them using no force and doing more of the smart work."

All were listening to him silently but someone raised the question how are we doing it ?

This is when he smirked and glanced at Aella making her embarrassed by saying "Distract them with your unexpected actions and attack them when they cannot even sense the danger."

He assured them with his dominating words "You may not trust me but you do trust your Chief. She called me here for you people just trust me with this strategy of attack and do as I say."

He gave them a bag full of seeds which a sorcerer gifted him when he was on his adventure to explore the earth.

They were magical, they would grow within a day and make the air affected so that whoever will breathe in air will lose their consciousness for three days.

Till then we will earn time to block the entrance of cold valley, so that no more life will be lost there.

He was stopped when someone from the crowd said "what if it dont work ?" Arron with his serious face replied him. "Then we will burn them the way your Chief wanted."

Alfiyya knew something was not normal about him. She signaled Alga to check on the seeds. He widened his eyes when he saw those seeds were from the garden of wanderer.

So many questions in his mind he nodded agreeing with the plan of earl giving Aella surety of whatever he is doing is right. The tribe was ordered to sow the thousands of seeds around the valley. It gave the chance to Mysticans to inquire this mysterious human.

As soon as they found the opportunity to inquire him, Arron smirked looking deep into her ocean blue eyes and said "you may test me in your thousand of ways. Your not so normal friends may attack me the way they want. Still you will not find me away from you."

She was silent but not calm like she usually is even in worst of the situations. Her unreadable expressions made trio angry and they attacked Arron.

Neil attacked from back which he easily dodged, he was stunned that no one can ever dodge his attacks. He got even more furious turning pink he flew once again toward Arron.

This time Arron was flustered seeing such being for the first time but he was focused. Alfiyya attacked him with her eyes to control him but it made her stunned that her magic does not work on him.

Alga lost his control and he growled coming into his Alligator form. It made Arron loose his guard as he cursed under his breath looking at such creepy creature. Alga's attack was so lethal which made Arron lose his balance.

The fight made Arron injured, which caused him to lose blood from the same wound that Aella gave him last night.

"Enough" she growled at them. They all were startled at her action when she came close to Arron.

She touched his wounded area gently and looked furiously at her friends growling. "Can't you see he is human ? How dare you create problems for yourself attacking a human ? Just treat him Alfiyya. Ask him what he wants?"

She emphasized on words "ask him gently." making the trio confused. That is when Arron gave his beautiful yet teasing smile to Aella as he lost his consciousness.

His big body fell on Aella. Triggering her pain from the wound from the back. She cared less for it and asked Alga to bring him in her room. They all went behind them.

They all were seeing human side of Aella for the first time. The way she was treating Arron. The way her eyes held emotions unknown to her.

Alfiyya had enough of this and held Aella's hand from touching Arron she worriedly said "you dont even know him Commander. why are you caring for him ? He is nothing to you. He may be dangerous for you. You even scolded us for him. Remember you never looked at the wounded us during all those wars. What is making you act different around him ?"

The whole time she had eyes on his perfect face. These words triggered Aella and her confusions which she was hating the most at this moment. She went away from there leaving them alone with Arron, shouting angrilly "I dont know. "

Alfiyya was going to follow her when Alga stopped her. "We have to deal with him first." pointing at Arron who was getting back to his senses.

They all looked at him with many questions. Neil asked him "who are you ?" Arron replied him with a straight face "I am Earl of Black clan. I dont know the reason why I dont get affected by any magic or spell. I dont know who was the man that gave me those seeds. It was just his way to pay for gratitude as I helped him in crossing the river. I was going to marry Aella when I ran away to avoid marriage as I wanted to explore the earth and this is what I regret the most. My clan is also in a trouble so I am standing by your side to help you all. Is this all you wanted to know? Believe me I am a human, neither I can turn pink like you nor I am a creepy monster."

They all were speechless, as they knew he himself is unaware of what he is ?" There was still a secret that he was hiding. The secret that he can hear Aella's every thought and speak to her without uttering any words even from the miles far away.

Alfiyya was worried when Arron assured her "Dont worry dear I am not going to hurt your Chief."

She got even more restless with his sweet smile as she thought "It's not you who will hurt her but the destiny that will hurt her."

They left him in the room alone to rest, as they individually thought the same thing "How will the fate test Aella ? What if Commander the whirlwind to end darkness actually gets trapped in the whirlwind of her own friend's curse."

Meanwhile a man in his dark silhouette laughed like a maniac looking into the fountain of future he said "Indeed you bring the troubles with you Aella."
