Speaking of War

"Wonderfull place you have there."

Said Aegis as he slowly followed the queen of England and her guard, just after they were reporters from what Aegis knew of were from the biggest Britain news.

"That's hundreds and hundreds of years of history."

Said queen with both dignity and grandmotherly voice, Aegis just smiled as he understood that making both tones combined isn't so easy without experience.

"I see, hopefully, one day, my home too would have a history behind it to tell."

"Hm, but your palace already looks so pristinely, it would seem by pity if it gained the stamp of time on it."

Aegis raised an eyebrow.

"I see there was misconception there, this isn't my home, more like home out of home, what you see above your heads is Sentinel base, Sentinel's are the military arm of my Solitas kingdom, and this is just one of many airbases we use to transport and protect our objectives."

Aegis said with an easy-going smile, ignoring the paling or reddening colors on many people faces, to know that the piece of art in the sky wasn't a palace or home, but a military base with his confirmation was a hard blow, it was clear to them it had weapons as some of them were visible, but they still probably hoped it wasn't an outrightly a battle fortress capable of flying.

Flashes of battles in heavens, of massacres from skies briefly flashed into Aegis mind before he pushed them down, yet another memory that wasn't his...

"I see. Don't you think it is highly inappropriate to bring a war machine to a foreign state?"

The queen asked and Aegis just nodded with his head, not hiding the fact.

"Yes, but then again, was it something other than I couldn't ensure the safety of my loved ones, which are the main reason I even came there."

Aegis said and the queen looked at him as they came close to doors leading to the guest room for politics.

"I see, and I would guess that small thing with wild black hair and cute face is the one you love?"

"Yes, my little sister and my future wife."

Aegis said, again ignoring the frowns and dumbfounded faces as the two news reporters intensity their flashes of cameras and photos.

Aegis told himself just to let them know of that fact as it could get tiresome too, again and again, tell people of his love life...

"I see... Incest was a thing in the past, especially in royal families, but the problems and stigma are a thing even now, arent you worried about your future children?"

"Hm, not really. Harriet isn't blood-related to me, and even then I will have no problems of siring children with my mother and blood-related sisters, for mere fact, our biology starts to differ the moment we awaken our souls."

Aegis said with a smile, no need to tell them about aura capabilities.

There was silence and from what Aegis could see the queen took the news of him sleeping with his family much better than others, could by that royal's had a different mindset, or she was good at masking her emotions, which wasn't surprising with her being queen for such long time.

"You have one strange life, still my legs start to tire, why not go inside to sit and I think there are some guest who would want to meet with you king Schnee."

The queen said as her servants opened the doors leading to a lavishly decorated room, where three men sat.

Aegis seeing the three men didn't stop but quirked his eyebrow.

He could feel their magical presence, and especially he could tell they were wizards because of their wardrobe, one had old fashioned formal clothing, the other was in robes with long platinum hair, and lastly looked like a standard figure in any fairytale with old wizards mentors...

"Queen Elizabeth II and King Aegis Schnee!"

Said one of the servants as queen and Aegis walked to the room, Aegis could see a little hidden sneer on platinum blonde-haired man the moment they said queen, but when his name came, he could see a frown on all three faces.

"I hope you didn't wait on us for long, gentlemen, but before we could come to speak with you, a surprising guest visited us."

Queen said and Aegis just smiled, he didn't know these wizards wanted to speak with the queen at the same time he came for a visit, but it was better this way.

"I see, I see! Then let me introduce myself! Im minister of magic! Cornelius Oswald Fudge to your service!"

The man said, and Aegis gave him a point as even Aegis himself couldn't guess if his introduction sounded more bootlicking or arrogantly.

"This there is Al-"

"I know very well who, and if queen knows too, I would like to skip him, as his name and titles are too long for our discussion."

Aegis said and could see a glint of amusement in both queens and Albus Dumbledore's eyes, that gave Aegis stop, from what he heard the Dumbledore was a control freak, like he and most people in power, yet his outright disrespect didn't wrong the old man wrongly, food for thought, thought Aegis.

"I-I see... Then let me introduce my own friend and one of most prominent citizens of Magical Britain."

The man said after a short shock pause as he looked at nodding Dumbledore and sweetly smiling queen and gone for the last man.

"Lucius Malfoy from most ancient and noble house Malfoy!"

Now Aegis could clearly feel the feeling of supremacy that was almost radiating from the man.

Still, it came strange to Aegis that a minister would try to bootlick someone, especially when it came to the minister of magic who should hold the ultimate power...

"Then let me introduce myself as I can see you are already acquainted with the queen, im Aegis Schnee, king of Solitas Kingdom."

Aegis said with a smile.

"Is it a magical kingdom?"

There was a lot of curiosity from all of the occupants of the room at that question the minister of magical asked.

"You can say that every citizen in my kingdom is capable of magic, put just sixty percent are magically active."

Aegis said, and it was truth partially, as aura and semblance could be judged as magic by the outside world, and who was Aegis to not use this misinformation for his goals, and the fact that Aegis made it law that every person after reaching ten years of birthday should have awakened aura in his kingdom, still opening all person aura took time.

"We should rather ask if you would tell us how big your kingdom is, king Aegis."

Queen asked and Aegis answered as it was better for him to let them know some of the things, as it would help him in the long run, especially when the two men who filmed it would release it to the world.

"The last census was around ten million."

Aegis said but didn't tell the accurate numbers, Solitas was the wrong continent for large population numbers in the past, but now with SDC and the new regime, Aegis guessed the numbers would increase growth rapidly, especially when the security was never better than now.

"You must understand that our world where Solitas lies were ravaged by a beast in such numbers and capabilities than growing past certain number would make us a better target for a horde of swarms of man-eating monsters that didn't know pain or tiredness."

Aegis said and opened his scroll from which the hologram of one of the battles between Solitas forces against flesh monsters happened.

Aegis didn't tell them about Grimms, as they were no longer born threat, but flesh monsters were now in their place in threat placement.

The occupants of the room dumbfoundedly watched how airships in skies bombarded ground, how the battle mechs ravaged the monsters as they were already painted in the blood of monsters.

Of about how knights in white armor, Sentinel's evacuated civilians to safety as they fought of never-ending hordes of monsters.

It was one of the standard battles that were between Solitas and flesh monsters, but it was a good introduction for these people of both danger of their land and showing them their capabilities, even if that was just the tip of the iceberg.

"I see we have a lot to discuss."

"Yes-yes! Yes there he is a Black!"

"Good good!"

Said a baby in a monstrous tone as it watched gaged and bounded man on the floor.

The man himself just thrashed around as he tried to get out.

"Now, now just your blood is standing between gaining my TRUE form!"

The baby said as Peter Pettigrew took dagger and vial to bounded man.

"And then?! Then I will show these muggles how true wizard wages WAR!"

Sirius Black just trashed in pain as he could feel dagger burry much more than it was needed to gain blood.

"Hehehe, there you see Black? I-I said you should join to winning side! I said it but nnooo you didn't listen! Now now you will pay!"

"WORMTAIL THAT BLOOD!"

"Y-y-Yes, yes master!"

"And that is another quarantine..."

Album said with a shake of her digital head, and another town was quarantined as it was targeted by either a curse or magical virus that could be harmful to non-magical's...

"It seems that they start to play with things that shouldn't be played with..."

Album said and truly, releasing viruses and bioweapons, even magical ones had a big tendency to mutate...

"I hope big brother will save this world or close it before it gets too heated..."

Album said as she listened to the conversations of some generals from multiple nations who started to collaborate on creating bioweapon that would kill any organism with magical gen...

"Really hope these idiots know which what are they playing..."

Album said and already started to simulate and create multiple ways to counter such weapons and situations...

Yes, wizards weren't as battle-hardened as non-magical military or even as much proficient in warfare, but they had the advantage of surprise with their teleportation and spells unpredictableness, as the military was never trained to fight magic.

Still, both sides did get more and more proficient against each other with each loss or win they made, and more and more, the war started looking like a standard guerilla fight as magical's teleported from one target to another just to use their explosion spells and run.

Annndd, I just noticed my fanfic reaching 200k words! Hooray! Hooray!

Btw to those who did volunteer to be my beta, I can say thank you, but I still don't know if I want one, as yes I know you could make it better but at the same time it is more of a hobby than work, and taking someone under me would mean I should start to take donates, which meant responsibility with mean stress xD
