When Aegis finally felt the fluctuations in space, he knew his people were near, yet when Aegis wanted to just wait for them to contact him, he stopped as he felt another presence, a very old and powerful one trying to inspect or outright stop the rift tunneling...

"Sorry Neo... It seems that I need to take care of something."

Aegis said to deeply breathe Neo who was just in her underwear, a red-black lace one...

Neo asked incredulously as she finally cathed breath after making out with Aegis in the hotel room they booked just on the other side of the hotel after their date, Neo finally wanted to lose her V card, but it seemed that her karma she had surely in deep down struck in most fucking way...

"Yes, im sorry, don't worry, we will continue when we can."

Aegis said as he gained a smirk and kissed Neo on the lips as his hands pinched Neo's nipples, making Neo shudder in pain mixed with pleasure as she bitted Aegis's lips in exchange...

"I will try to be quick."

Aegis said as he teleported himself away with his glyph, leaving deeply breathing Neo alone.

"Fucking shit..."

Neo finally said with her voice that sounded like harmonizing chimes in the wind...

As Aegis appeared in a strange place where he felt the fluctuations, or more precisely the presence of rift portal tunneling, Aegis found himself in a strange place full of different colors and sensations...

"So this is Dimensional Gap? Such a strange place..."

Aegis said and as his eyes traveled around, he finally saw the reason why he needed to leave Neo alone, the same thing that seemed to be curious about the rift portal tunneling...

And as Aegis noticed IT, IT noticed Aegis's presence, as well as its enormous head, moved to the side and reptilian eyes looked at Aegis...

"A stranger? How did you arrive there? No, this scent... You are a new one..."

The dragon said through some strange language that Aegis seemed to instinctively understand.

"Thu'um? You know of Thuum dragon?"

Aegis asked in fascination as he spoke in the same language, making the Dragon stop and his slit eyes narrow even more.

"He knows of our tongue? Such rare, just Ophis and I knew of this tongue, the tongue of the world... Strange! Strange indeed!"

The dragon said as he looked at Aegis.

"No matter, I did not come to fight dragon, I do not have problems with your kind, at least not you precisely, I ask you just this, leave the mortals who wish to travel through this dimension with that vortex alone."

Aegis said as the dragon looked at him still as if he was looking at a strange animal, and maybe he was just a strange animal in its eyes, Aegis could clearly feel the actual beings nature, even if people called this dragon a god, they were mistaken, as Aegis could feel the Aspect of Dreams from the dragon, making him more of Aspect and taking the form of a dragon just as amusement, just like Zoe took the form of human child...

"He demands upon us? No, ask us, such strange, truly strange, and why should we leave them alone? You and they are in our home?"

The dragon or commonly known as Great Red, asked and Aegis nodded his head.

"I know that I cant make you, you are one of the universe's building blocks, even if your avatar dies, you can just make another, killing you wouldn't be more than annoying you, no, I will not try to kill you for I lack means, but im very capable of annoying you, don't you feel the imprints on me? You know that such as I, im, not a mere mortal, not when I bear their favor's."

Aegis said and the great Red looked at Aegis as he made sniffing sounds even if he had just done it for appearance's sake.

"Hmm... The stranger bear mark of Fate and Gaia... And have a scent of Death on him, strange, strange that mortal has all of this and still living, you are interesting mortal, so many dreams are in you, so many..."

The Great Red said as his mouth opened, letting his razor-sharp teeth see.

"Nightmares..."

The Great Red said as he closed his mouth.

"What is for me in it to let you walk around us, mortal? What will you give us for letting your people go around us?"

Great Red asked and Aegis looked at him as he thought.

"I can give you dreams."

"Hmmm? Audacious for you to think of giving us something that already belongs to us! Rrrraaaaaaaah!!!"

The Dragon's roar seemed to shake the entire dimension gap.

"Oh but I do know that you have access just to dimensions that are tied to this place... What I propose you are dreams of my people, in exchange for your protection of their dreamscape."

Aegis said as he didn't meet Aspect of Dreams in his universe, making him think that its either dormant or without one, as such gaining this beings favor for his people would make future dimension travel much more secure, after all, this Aspect took the form of a dragon, Aegis was sure that if he viewed his peoples dreams as his, the Great Red wouldn't let any other, either God or Demon usurping its hoard, and Aegis would be secure that no danger from dreamscape would come in his Kingdom...

"Your people's dreams?..."

Great Red stopped with its anger just as quickly as it came as he or it looked at Aegis with its reptilian eyes...

"And what stopping us from taking it from you?"

Great Red asked as Aegis flared his own aura, creating cracks in the dimensional gap, making Great Red look at him with a new light in its monstrous eyes.

"Annyoince... Even if im not able to kill you permanently, im very capable of killing all of your avatars, again and again, sending you to hibernation for a long, long time..."

Aegis said as the Great Red opened his mouth.

"FUS!"

Aegis eyes opened wide.

"FUS RO DAH!"

Aegis shouted in return, creaking wave force that barely negated the dragons...

"Hmnhhmhmhmmm, you can use our words even if barely... Very well, mortal, you have my word than your people will not earn my wrath when they travel through my demesne."

Great Red said and Aegis sighed, it was a gamble to use dragon's own language on a dragon that knew it much better than he, Aegis himself, even if he could barely use a few words, knew just how powerful the Thuum is, same reason Aegis didn't use it or promote knowledge about it, Aegis knew just Dragons or Dragonborns could use it the best, others like Aegis even if capable of speaking it and using it, couldn't never ever hope of reaching the proficiency in it the Dragons or Dragonborn's were born for...

At the same time, the knowledge of Thuum wasn't just rare, but very dangerous, capable of rewriting the word itself, the reason Aegis didn't ever use it or tell others of it...

"Thank you Great Red, I will make sure your dreams will be enriched of new ideas and heights."

"Good, good stranger, you know what to tell us to make us happy."

The Great Red said as its eyes closed, Aegis seeing it as the end of the conversation, gave the Aspect in dragon form a bow and teleported away...

Legend movie? Hmm, maybe we should have some short stories with Solitas arriving there, not a reason for Aegis to come there personally as he would just make it a quick job, rather some Captains as recon teams arriving there?
