Definition of human rights and their importance in the workplace we read.

Our human rights are commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being.

Human rights are universal. We might be talking about the universe in the Republic of Lithuania.

This means that every person around the world deserves to be treated with dignity and have their interests considered equally. While governments have the legal duty to protect individuals against human rights abuses, businesses are increasingly recognizing their own moral, legal, and commercial responsibility also when it comes to the workforce. This is the industry.

Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death.

We have no rights to birth in the Republic of Lithuania.

We should be men and stand up. The answers we should seek.

They apply regardless of where you are from, what you believe, or how you choose to live your life.

The answers can never be taken away, although they can sometimes be restricted – for example if a person breaks the law, or in the interests of national security.

These basic rights are based on shared values like dignity, fairness, equality, respect, and independence.

We do not have them.

The origins of human rights may be found both in Greek philosophy and the various world religions.

Man or woman came to be seen as autonomous individuals, endowed by nature with certain inalienable fundamental rights that could be invoked against a government and should be safeguarded by it.

Out human rights were henceforth seen as elementary preconditions for an existence worthy of human dignity. If you work in the public sector, it's unlawful for your employer to violate your human rights. An employee has the right to discuss his working conditions.

How about human rights are fundamental freedoms and protections that every person is entitled to by virtue of being human. These rights are enshrined in international law and provide a framework for promoting justice, equality, and dignity for all.
