Friends

After Arrow checked to see that her people were comfortable and their living arrangements were perfect, she told the guard that she would walk around a bit and that when she was ready to go, she will come back.

Whilst Aphrodite was walking she noticed a lake that was like white milk inside a forest and decided to go there and sit around.

The white lake was as white as milk and because the land was orange it stood out a lot, the lake was surrounded by trees and fireflies.

As she was sitting there she had time to gather all her thoughts and emotions, she felt like everything inside of her was in a mess so she had a good time trying to put them back together.

All of a sudden she heard a snap of a twig and her senses became alert as she turned to look at the cause of the sound and saw Mira standing still whilst staring at her.

"Sorry Princess Aphrodite, I didn't mean to disturb you" she pressed her lips tightly together "I was wondering if I could join you", she added shyly.

"Of course Princess Mira"

Mira sat beside her and they both watched the lake together. there was silence in the air as none of them knew what to say to the other.

Whilst Aphrodite was staring at the lake she remembered her sister's words 'keep your friends close and your enemies closer, then she turned to look at the Princess, as she was staring at her she realized how beautiful she was, she had never seen someone like that before.

"You can call me Arrow" she blurted out.

The Princess looked stunned, then she started giggling "you can call me Mira"

"What do you think about my Kingdom," she asked

"I have not been here long enough to know, but only time will tell."

"You know, the fireflies look even more gorgeous at night," Mira said

"Really? maybe next time we can come here at night"

Their conversation kept on for a while before they decided to head back to the Royal Palace.

"I guess this is where we separate," Mira said with a sad expression

"Don't worry, we will see each other at dinner" Arrow replied.

Mira smiled widely, gave a hug to Arrow, and skipped away, Arrow looked at the happy girl and smiled faintly, when she realized what she was doing she immediately shook her head and went inside the room.

*Wow* she thought.

The room was gorgeous it was almost like the one she had at home, but this one had items from the sun Kingdom.

The bed was black with some stars on it and the blanket was red with sun shapes on it and the wardrobe was as red as blood and the bathroom was one made fit for a Princess or queen.

*The white walls make all the red items stand out* she thought

After observing her room she went to shower and then took a nap before one of the servants came to call her for dinner

"I will be down in a moment"

She got ready with the help of the maids assigned to her, she never really liked others helping her get ready, but as a Princess, it had its pros and cons.
