(3rd Pov)
The next day.
At an underground arena, genin teams who passed the second part of the chunin exams are going to have a one-on-one match.
Their jonin instructors will sit on the spectators seat to oversee the arena including the hokage.
On the spectator seat, Team 7 and the rest of the teams listened to the instructions of the exam. After the instructions, the pairing has been randomly selected.
The first pair is….
[Sasuke vs. Aina]
When seeing who his opponent was, sasuke's face pale like hearing the death sentence. Seeing sasuke like this, kakashi had only had a helpless look as the matching is random.
Blame your bad luck.
Aina, seeing who her opponent is, looked at sasuke emotionlessly as she instantly appeared at the arena.
When seeing this, sasuke unwillingly stepped on stage. The hokage and the rest of the jonins had already predicted that sasuke is going to win.
A civilian is obviously not going to win against nobles.
Only kakashi thought the opposite.
A match between the Last Uchiha of the Uchiha clan vs. Aina, who is from a 'Civilian' family.
With her master being Altria, Aina learned some of her master's habit of 'playing' with her opponents, so as the match began, she stood still waiting for sasuke to attack.
Seeing her not taking him seriously, his pride as a man is seriously hurt so using all his power, an aura of a Susanoo was released.
"Woah!"
The genin teams seating at the spectator seat exclaimed at the terrifying chakra released by sasuke.
However, the jonin instructors reacted differently. They carefully observed the chakra as they found out that it has to at least be kage level.
A kage level ninja in this world is quite a powerhouse, even the leaders of a major village were only a kage level powerhouse.
So, seeing a kid less then half their age at kage level hurt quite a bit of the instructor's pride but mostly amazed and shocked them.
"That girl isn't going to win."
Everyone thought this phrase in their mind, a kage level powerhouse is at the top of the world.
When kakashi heard this, he had a wry smile as he remembered the power this loli has.
"Sasuke! Don't lose!!"
Both naruto and sakura shouts this slogan to encourage sasuke as the closest person to them isn't aina, the loli, but Sasuke Uchiha.
He was the first friend of naruto. He was the one both of them looked up to and adore, he was the one who saved them of despair, and he was the one who helped them in their most needed times.
(A/N The one above is only partly true. Sasuke became naruto's friend as a child while for sakura… more or less it's true.)
An imposing chakra construct has appeared, with strong and thick armor covering the skin and muscles formed with chakra including a crossbow and arrow made entirely out of chakra.
(A/N Susanoo is a chakra construct…? I think.)
Sasuke was in the middle of it as he looked at aina seriously. As the construct pulled the arrow, dense and destructive chakra was formed at the tip of the arrow as the strength of it becomes more and more terrifying.
"Damn! What is that Uchiha doing? He'll destroy the entire arena!" shouted a random jonin instructor.
The hokage looked solemnly at the chakra arrow of the Susanoo as he told an Anbu wearing a monkey mask.
"Monkey, Call the barrier team to cover the arena."
"Hai! Hokage-sama."
The Anbu wearing monkey mask disappeared after receiving his order.
A few seconds later, a team of Anbu arrived just outside the arena. They had a different uniform comparing to the regular anbus as they wore a black version of the standard anbu uniform as a seal scroll is behind their backs like a backpack.
The four anbu went towards the four corners of the arena as they simultaneously placed the huge seal scroll and formed a few hand seals while injecting chakra.
A chakra dome was then created.
Usually this is used to trap enemies but right now it is used to protect everyone outside the arena.
As sasuke released the arrow, Aina just looked at him with the same emotionless eyes as she did earlier.
The lethality of an arrow from his Susanoo can kill most kage level ninjas if they are directly hit. But who is Aina?
A powerhouse from the [Ancestral Profound Realm].
Even if she doesn't have that profound realm but her strength is at that level or even more.
Concepts are fundamental principles in the world, with it being her plaything, what is the danger of a mere chakra arrow?
If she were to get injured because of such little thing then where would she hide her embarrassment?
The mountains?
Of course not, with her strength, a flick of her fingers is enough to deal with a planet, much less this weak-ass arrow.
So, she used her tiny little palm to block the attack. When the arrow hit her palm, it exploded without any penetration power.
The dust clears as her hand is still in the same blocking position as even the tiniest scratch is non-existent on her pretty little hand.
The attack was completely unsuccessful, never mind pride, maybe everyone would doubt the authenticity of his strength.
"Did sasuke leak a bit of water?" whispers a random jonin instructor.
Even the hokage, Hiruzen, doubts the scene he just witnessed.
'Genjutsu? No, that's not possible. With this many jonin ninjas and with me being a kage level ninja, the possibility of genjutsu is even less likely.'
The only one not surprised by this scene is Team 7. They had already known the true strength of the loli, a monster beyond the level of the ninja gods themselves.
Altria had an amused smile on her face as she witnessed their reactions.
'Ara~ Their reaction is priceless... Hehehe, I'll reward you later, A-i-na~'
Back to the arena, sasuke's jaws drop witnessing this scene. He had already expected his attack to not cause substantial damage, but never did he expect that his attack didn't cause any damage whatsoever.
That attack drained half of his chakra when he launched it.
His chakra has already reached the realm of superkage, so the attack is quite strong.
A mountain can be destroyed with just this attack yet not even a scratch can be seen on her skin!
What is she made out of?
Vibranium?
I don't even think Vibranium can stand sasuke's attack with no scratch whatsoever.
Aina put down her hands as she looked at sasuke with the same emotionless look, and a word was uttered with her monotonous voice.
"Target, Sasuke Uchiha. Ready?"
Without waiting for sasuke to say anything, her mind formulated a variety of non-lethal spells to use against him.
[Electric Paralysis], [Poison Paralysis], [Infinite Slip], [Slow], [Sleep], [Increase Gravity], …
As multiple spells were launched at him, his EMS spun non-stop trying to dodge it. who knows what kind of effect it will give him.
But… Would aina allow that?
Well for her master it's yes for more entertainment, but she is not her master nor have the same level of strength and most importantly is quite a serious assassin.
She wouldn't waste time on weak chickens like sasuke.
The multitude of spells began taking effect as sasuke fell down with a *thud*.
With this, the match is over. The unexpected winner is Aina!
This deserved everyone's praise as someone from the 'civilian' family won against a noble. But only Team 7 knew the truth, a very sad truth.
Aina isn't from a 'civilian' family.
She is basically the strongest in this universe excluding Altria, with just her will, anything can happen. That's the power of someone who can bend, break, and create the laws and principles of a universe.
