Chapter 34 The Truth, System Invitation

Eris's eyelids quiver for a second before she opens her eyes slowly.

"Are you awake, Eris?" A voice can be heard while she opening her eyes.

As she opens her eyes, she can see another pair of eyes in front of her where the eyes looking at her passionately. She looks at those eyes before looking at those eyes' owner where that owner smiling at her.

"Good morning, Kanda." She said to the person in front of her.

"Good morning, Eris. Are you having fun last night?" Asked Kanda to her where she starts to blush while remembering about their last night activities.

"This is not a dream right, Kanda?" Eris asked him while blushing.

"Of course, Eris. Do you want to experience it again to confirm whether it is a dream or not?" Kanda said that while there is a smirk in his face.

"No..." Eris said that before continues talks to him softly while stuttering, "But ma-maybe later, we c-can d-do it ag-again."

Kanda chuckles at her respond before talks, "Alright, you just need to ask me later, Eris. You're already my girlfriend so you can request for 'that' anytime."

As they talking, Kanda suddenly heard a notification sound in his mind.

(A/N: When Eris became his girlfriend, her affection level at 99%. When MC had sex with Eris, those level immediately become 100%. However, 99% affection still make the girls love MC very much, it just when MC had sex with his girls, their feeling to him will become complete. What is mean by sex is the sex with full of love between MC and the girls and not the forced sex like rape as it will make the affection turns into negative parameter.)

Kanda listens to the announcement before ask in his thought, "AL, what do you meant by inviting Eris to the system?"

[Subject "Eris" will receive the same system like the Player albeit slightly inferior than the Player. Subject "Eris" can increase her capabilities even higher and surpassing her previous limit as long as she has received this system.] Replied AL to his inquiry.

"Will there any harm to her when I invite her to the system?" Asked Kanda again.

[No. Except for her genetic code that will be reconstruct again to accommodate this system, there is no harm will be happened to her.] Replied AL to him.

While Kanda lost in his thought, Eris suddenly asks him whether he is fine or not where he said to her that he is fine.

"Eris...I need to tell you something important to you right now." Kanda said that to her while there is a serious look in his face.

"What is it, Kanda?" Replied Eris while being confused with his serious expression.

"Like this, Eris..." Kanda starts to explain the truth about himself to her from when he had died from the electric shock, met with the system, and finally, had been teleported to this world or reincarnated back.

Eris listens carefully to his explanation from the start until the end before she asks him, "Kanda, I want you to tell me honestly. Do you really love me?".

Taken aback with her question, Kanda quickly said to her, "Of course, Eris. I love you very much. If not, I will not tell you about myself."

After hearing his honest answer, Eris shows a brilliant smile to him before start to talk, "If that's so, I don't really care about what is your origin, Kanda. I love you whether you're in this world or not. My only wish is you will be my side forever, Kanda."

"Of course, I will always be on your side forever, Eris." Replied Kanda to her statement.

They start to share a kiss passionately until they have satisfied before start the conversation again.

"So, what will be happened next to me, Kanda?" Asked Eris to him.

"Wait a second, Eris." Kanda said that before he starts talking to empty space, "I want to invite Eris to the system."

Curious with what Kanda has said, Eris suddenly can hears a voice in her head.

[Player "Ichijou Kanda" trying to invite subject "Eris" to the system. Do you want to accept it?]

After had listened to that voice, Eris said "Yes" to answer the voice inquiry where she had heard another voice.

[Subject "Eris" has accepted the invitation. Establishing the connection with the Player "Ichijou Kanda"...Connection success...Welcome Subject "Eris" to the system.]

Eris's body start to shine and covered her body with white light before disappears quickly. She tries to feel the changes but she could not feel anything from it.

"Why I couldn't feeling anything changes in myself, Kanda?" Asked Eris to him while feeling confused on what had happened to her before.

"Don't worry, AL already finished changes your body, Eris. Try saying "status" by yourself. You can see your status later." Replied him before ordering her to call her status.

Eris follows his instruction before saying "status" which she can see a screen has appeared in front of her.

"That's your status, Eris. The system shows you how your capabilities had been interpreted into those 5 type of stats. It also shows you the skill that you have been learned." Explained him to her.

"Oh...I can see the skills that I have been learned during my training as one of personnel in the Catia's Exploration Team had been shown here. What about my title here, Kanda? I know about my title as "Catia's scout agent", what about the title as "The Chosen One"?" Said Eris long before asking him about her title.

"You can try asking AL for that, Eris." Replied Kanda.

"AL?" Eris said that in confusion.

"I call the system as AL." Kanda said to her before said to his system, "AL, can you tell me about her titles?"

[Affirmative. "Catia's Scout Agent" shows her title according to the job that she had been tasked before receiving the system. This title allows her to receive 25% success rate at the beginning for each of her mission that consists of scouting, investigation, or reconnaissance.

(A/N: It means Eris has 25% success from the start when she scouting new planet which she can increase even more by using external factors such as blending within the population. Usually, she starts with 0% success as she need to learn their language or there are any obstacles that prevent her from scouting new planet such as hostile forces.)

For title "The Chosen One", she receives it due to invitation from the Player as he has granted your access to the system. She receives double in learning speed where she can learns new things even faster. Other than that, her live had connected with the Player where she could receive some of his blessing later.]

They listening to the system explanation to Eris's title carefully before Kanda talks to her. "Eris, I want you to keep this as a secret for while before I had explained to them personally.".

"Why, Kanda?" Asked Eris.

"Nothing, I want to keep it as a secret for now as I need to ensure our surrounding free from the threat of Madam J's attack. Don't worry, Eris, I will explain to them later on. I promise this to you." Kanda said all of that to her.

"...Fine. But I want my other sisters to learn about your truth later, Kanda." Eris said that to him after silent for a second.

"Of course, Eris." Replied Kanda to her while smiling.

They start to check-out from the hotel after finishing their conversation. They walking towards the house where they took an hour to reach there. They had been welcomed by Maya as Kanda had already told her about their arrival.

Kanda and Eris can see everyone already waiting for them when they enter the house. Aoi, Manami, and Melwin have questioning look on their face when Kanda and Eris coming to the living room.

As Kanda and Eris sit side by side at the couch, Manami opens her mouth and talk, "May I ask to both of you? Where are you going last night?". She said that while crossing her arms.

"Well...we have a date yesterday where we walking at the park, eat at the restaurant before spending the night out at the hotel." Said Kanda truthfully to Manami.

"So, Eris, are you have done 'that's with him?" Aoi asked Eris next.

When Eris listens to Aoi's query, she replies to her while blushing, "Yes, Aoi. I have already done that."

Chaika starts to whistle before says, "Eris, you're so fast to make your advance on him. So, how is your first time? Is it good?"

Eris blushes furiously when Chaika said that but she not respond to Chaika's question. Kanda comes to her rescue and says, "Chaika, don't ask her question like that, maybe she will talk to you later but not now."

"Mou~You're no fun, Kanda." Chaika said that while pouting.

"Anyway, congratulations, Eris. You got your partner during your first year of heat period." Durel said that while no changes can be seen in her face.

"Th-Thank you, Dr. Durel." Eris said to her.

"Kanda, do you know that I'm angry right now?" Aoi said that while there is angry expression on her face.

"Of course, Aoi. I'm aware of that. Don't worry, your turn will arrive later. I promise you that." Kanda said that to Aoi while making a promise.

"I know, Kanda, and I will hold on your promise later." Aoi said that while nodding at his word before.

"Sure, Aoi. You two also, Manami, Melwin, I will make up to the both of you after Aoi's turn." Replied to Aoi before looking at the face of Manami and Melwin.

"Of course, you need to do that." Manami said that while crossing her arms and nodding her head where Melwin just nods her head while there is slight smile on her face.

After the conversation about him and Eris has finished, Kanda asks Durel about the training of Manami and Aoi yesterday. Durel said that they have strong resolutions in their training where they never gave up when they have done those set of exercises that have been tailored to both of them.

"That's good. I always have high expectations on them. Therefore, I know that they can do it." Kanda said that while there is a pride in his tone while talking about Manami and Aoi.

"Anyway, Eris, I want you to train your body again so you can adapt with your new body." Kanda whispers to Eris at his side.

Eris nods at his word as she also want to see the differences between her previous physique and the current after receiving the system.

"What are you talking about with Eris, Kanda?" Asked Aoi.

"I'm just asking her to train with you two later so she can increase her strength more as we need manpower as much as possible during our next confrontation with Madam J later. Melwin, you too, I think that you need to train your body more like everyone later." Kanda said that to Aoi before looking at Melwin.

"Alright, I will do that later, Kanda." Replied Melwin to him.

They continues talking around while drinking some drinks and cookies that had been made by Maya where Maya can be seen standing beside him.

"Kanda-sama, I want to inform you that Antonia-sama already have found the materials that you have been requested." Informed Maya to him.

"Oh? She already have found it. That's too fast even for her, I think." Kanda said that while being shocked with that information.

"Yes, she has found that materials but she need your presence there as she don't know what to do with those things." Replied Maya.

"Do you know why, Maya?" Asked Kanda to her.

"I'm sorry, Kanda-sama. Antonia-sama has not informing me about what happened on her side." Replied Maya while apologizes at him.

"It's fine, Maya. I will meet her later this after the lunch but you need to guide me later." Informed Kanda to her.

"As you wish, Kanda-sama." Maya said that respectfully.

"What are you talking about, Kanda? What is it 'those materials' that you have talked with Maya-san?" Asked Kuune to Kanda as she has heard about their conversation.

"...It's the materials for my weapon later. I need new weapon to support me during futures fight." Replied Kanda to her after a silence.

"Why you don't use the materials at our ship? Maybe there is some materials that you need." Kuune said that to him.

"I already have checked all those materials in your ship when Melwin has shown me around the ship. I need some of the materials in there but for the core of my weapon, those materials not satisfied enough for me." Replied him to Kuune.

"Ok, fine. If you need anything later, you can try asking it to Melwin later. She will bring it to you." Kuune said that to him while saying that they will their best to support him.

"Thank you very much, Captain Kuune. I'm really appreciate it very much." Kanda said that while feeling grateful to her kindness.
