The Lord's Wrath Incident Part 1

Before beginning the assault Asahi had ordered great sage to transfer all the souls he received to his dimensional pocket because he did not want to take the chance of potentially falling asleep in the middle of battle. Currently Asahi was just walking behind Carrera who was destroying everything in sight leaving behind a destroyed wasteland where ever the two of them passed while walking in the general direction of Silberia.

Of course this amount of destruction would alert the higher ups of the empire but those guys are arrogant idiots who think that the weakling Clayman was the standard and all demon lords had more or less the same strength as him how this concerned Asahi well it was because he could beat most of this world's demon lords and at the least force Guy Crimson into a stalemate.

and Guy would definitely not fight him because he was tasked with maintaining the World's peace by Veldanava but how would he do that when there was no world to have peace or war in because if they fought then most of the world would be destroyed during the fight.

Sighing at this Asahi just went on absorbing and storing souls like there was no tommorow

MEANWHILE IN THE ROYAL PALACE,

In the Throne Room,

A young man sat on a throne with only one person beside him this man was the Emperor of the Eastern Empire, next to him stood a beautiful woman with long blue hair, she was the 3rd True Dragon a.k.a The Scorch Dragon Velgrynd one of the most powerful existences in this world she said, " Rudra should I deal with this?"

"No let them handle it themselves we'll probably get a few more saints from this incident although it'll hinder our invasion of the Jura Forest , that is nothing in front of getting new saints against Guy."

"Understood." after this small conversation the Emperor returned to his bored look while Velgrynd just stood next to him.

In Another Room,

Several people were gathered, discussing the current situation and their demeanors suggested that they were quite high ranking and powerful, suddenly a large man with a rough beast-like voice spoke out, "WHY ARE WE WAITING HERE JUST LET US GO FIGHT WHAT EVER IT IS!" the man who spoke out was the Gladim the Commander of the Empire's Magic Beast Corps, a minor force consisting of 30, 000 individuals but all of them were A - A- ranked soldiers as such their might was unquestionable, "Calm down Gladim wouldn't it be more sensible to send the Aerial Fighter Legion here!" a person calmly said while pointing at certain people in the room this person was Calgurio the Leader of the Empire's Armored Division which made up almost all of it's forces.

The people he had pointed at were were Faraga And Xam'd the two leaders of the Aerial Fighter Legion one of the people in question said, "But sir! why expend such a large force for some random barbarian who knows nothing but destruction!"

At this point a person with low presence standing in a corner said, "Some random barbarian can't destroy several of our provinces along with the forces posted there in a matter of hours there has to be something more to this" this person was Tatsuya Kondo The Head of the Intelligence Departmentof course Asahi really had just attacked the Empire because it was convenient but being too smart also has it's disadvantages.

"Whatever it is we can't let this destruction continue what will our people think?!" Calgurio said but then thought for a bit and said, " since this is quite a powerful opponent and we can't exactly find out what it is due to scouts dying before even entering a ten mile radius we'll assume it's a demon lord and his army at best and a true dragon at worst."

hearing his assumption the others nodded in agreement because the destruction being caused was too great. "how about this we take into account the worst case situation and send both The Magical Beast Corps and the Aerial Fighter Legion since transporting them would also take time in this case we'd be able to save a lot of time"

"I also agree with this and I shall be going as well" Tatsuya said making many look towards him since this was quite a surprise seeing him go to the battlefield he wanted to go because it would be a good opportunity to obtain a powerful pawn for his emperor with his mind-control skill.

Seeing the agreement of the two most powerful people politically as well as individually the others also agreed since in the Empire power was everything.

BACK TO ASAHI

Asahi and Carrera had been rampaging for hours destroying everything in sight while the fear instilled everywhere as well as the destruction naturally allowed Asahi to obtain [Merciless] a skill that allowed the user to harvest the souls of those that had lost their will to fight them. and he just kept using it again and again gaining more and more souls and spreading more and more panic in the people that had not been caught up in the destruction but knew of it due to the various reports of people and the large sky high explosions that took place all the time.

Asahi who was behind Carrera stopped and tapped her shoulder she turned around and asked, "What is it?"

"What would you say if I had more lovers?" hearing his question Carrera blushed and shouted at him, " IS THIS THE TIME AND PLACE TO BE ASKING ME THAT?"

"does it really matter I mean it came to mind and I thought I should ask since I'd probably forget"

"I-I don't really mind since it's natural for strong people to have more than a single woman, just don't forget about me okay?" she asked with a bit of concern.

while Asahi thought,' oh right I forgot polygamy's normal in these worlds isn't it also she's a demon and demons don't really live like humans but anyway' he looked at her seriously, "I'd prefer dying over forgetting my loved ones" after hearing him say that she got happy but he just picked her up and put her on his shoulders. "Wh-What?!"

He didn't answer her and started getting bigger and bigger while also bending forward and slowly getting on all fours, when he finished growing he looked like a dragon several times larger than a true dragon (A/N: Use Veldora as a reference). He became a black dragon with gigantic wings larger than himself and took flight.

"WOAH THIS IS AWESOME!! is this your true form?" Carrera shouted to him

"My dear Carrera every form I take is my true form though the one you mostly see is the most natural and actual one"

"Okay but what now?"

"now we call out Blanc!"

"Oh as much as I don't want to I'll deal with her for you"

"Thanks" then he used his now enhanced senses to locate the place with the largest amount of life signs and said, "Guess I've found my sacrifices" he then started to fly towards a large castle town in the distance( A/N: not the royal Capital just a random castle town in the vicinity)
